The only reason I deducted a star is because my stylist was on her phone for a large portion of the time she was working on me. She completely butchered my bangs (see pic attached) it was completely uneven and choppy. One side was still completely long and the other side was half way above my eyebrow. I had asked her to cut my bangs right to my eyebrows and as you can see she didn't follow it. I was mortified. I didn't realize it was this bad until after I left and I brushed my bangs out and noticed how completely uneven they were. I wanted to cry especially considering I had a trip coming up in less than two weeks. I had gone to this place before to get my bangs trimmed with a different hair stylist there, and she always did a great job. But this time she wasn't there so I decided to try a new stylist. This week I finally straightened my hair since I've been avoiding heat, and I realized the haircut is honestly awful and very uneven.
