She explains things so well and makes the process painless. She gets everything done quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed. I work 9-5 and am not able to go into the office so we emailed and spoke over the phone for the whole process. She is dedicated to giving the best customer service as well as making you feel that choosing Florida Central is a great choice. I am 21 and still trying to understand the ins and outs of loans and warranties and all of that. (My dad friend explaining but it made me even more confused) when Laurie explained how the process works I felt confident in my choice of choosing Florida Central, yet again for my loan. Laurie works with your schedule and has a great response time! If you want quality service and actually understand what is going on when it comes to your loan, definitely chose the Seminole Branch Florida Central Credit Union and ask for Laurie! Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

She bought a Nissan Armada from them in October. Since then, she has had that vehicle for approximately two and a half weeks. They seem to have issues with getting parts to fix things that are under warranty and calling it a "favor". In the meantime, I have been driving her to work every day. That makes my drive to work twice as long. That's twice as much gas. Twice as many oil changes. Twice as much wear and tear on my car. My friend has a family to take care of. She can't lose her job. Though she is in possible danger of losing her second job. She's making payments on a vehicle she doesn't even have in her possession! I'm not complaining about helping her. She would do the same for me if needed. I'm complaining because I have to help her because the company and corporate won't help at all! They won't provide her a loaner. They won't do anything except ask for patience. She's been patient. I have been patient. Oh, they did defer a payment. So as a reward, she gets to pay extra interest. Yay. If you are a local and need a vehicle, steer clear of Deal Time Cars and Credit. They will rip you off time and again.

In a nutshell they were a pain in my rear. Mind you, I was in a rental that I had to get rid of that day, it was costing over $100/day. I stopped by deal time stressed out, upset and immediately asked them if they could handle a cash transaction. They immediately started helping me and totally understood my frustration with evacuation, the rental and needing a car. Unfortunately, they were out of my budget but recommended me to VIP Enterprise where they took very good care of me. Although, I didn't purchase a care from Deal Time Cars, their kindness and help is what really matters. Thanks again, Christy and Julio. Keep up the great service.

What matters are the people. The people answering the phones.The people communicating with customers.The people solving problems.The people deciding whether the customer matters or not. One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner. Honestly, getting an appointment lately has been frustrating because of the system change -- the website kept glitching and refreshing, and when I tried calling, no one picked up. Not the best first impression... but I'm glad I decided to stop by in person anyway. The dealership itself is very spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience much better. One of the advisors there was absolutely gorgeous -- seriously looked like she could be modeling -- but beyond that, everyone was professional and helpful. Even though there weren't any openings for the same day, they really worked with me to secure an appointment and made the process feel smooth after all the earlier frustration. I appreciated them taking the time to help instead of just turning me away. Overall, a very positive experience so far. Let's see how everything goes when I come back next week for the actual service, but first impressions inside the dealership were great!

So, for starts let's get the pros out of the way since there are some... it's a smaller bank feel, where you will be remembered, and treated more like a person then a bank member. This has its flaws as I want professionalism presented over the phone, which the last several times have not been, I'm not trying to provide information like mothers maiden name, social security, etc over a damn phone call... Ron also does a decent job keeping the place together. The dividends offered are okay, but I can get that through almost any brokerage. Let's get to the cons and my biggest issue(which may be a good thing for others) Online banking, their security is so damn overkill if you typo your password once, you're locked out and forced to contact them directly and provide all sorts of information(that again should not be done over the phone, it's 2020. Things stick. Learn a bit more about cyber security, please.) Sorry, but I'm not trying to call and take 10-15 minutes out of my day every time this occurs. It does not reset after a time, and is heavily annoying. Almost enough to make me drop the bank all together, I simply do not have this issue with my other debit cards. Also; if you wish to have the bank take from savings if you do not have sufficient funds in checking automatically you will have to contact them and enable this function. Sort of silly. Lastly, I don't like being put on hold and consistently taken off hold to tell me the representative required to speak to will be with me shortly. Get an automated system, it's a bit annoying. So are automated systems but not as much. I'm just trying to navigate the system as simple as possible with as little interaction and effort as possible. I'm sure there are other pros as well as cons I could provide, just not at this time. As this review is getting lengthy. Maybe if things improve in the future, I will come back to this review and update it but for the time being this is my opinion. Other opinions are their own and respected, this is only my experience.

I purchased a truck on 1/28 from Ultimate Autosports, Inc. located at 562 Bowness…read moreAve. Ocoee, FL, on 1/29 we took it for work and 40 miles into our drive it started to shutter, shake and slip gears we were SOLD AN UNSAFE TRUCK!! I immediately notified (Owner) of the issue and told him we would bring the truck in right away which we did. Owner was not there when we arrived but one of his employees greeted us and asked if he could test drive the truck we said sure so he did, he then came back to the dealership and asked my fiance to go with him they both took the truck and when they came back owners employee said to me yes it defiantly has a shutter problem but don't worry the owner will take care of it and make it right BOY WAS HE WRONG!! Finally, after owner made us wait 2 hours for his arrival the first words out of his mouth were THERE ARE NO REFUNDS cars break!!! I didn't even ask for a refund I simply wanted a reliable truck for our business asked him can't you take this truck back and switch it out with a reliable working truck he said NO his answer to everything was NO he was not willing to work with us at all!! I then asked owner to drive the truck so we both went for a ride as soon as it shuttered owner says that's not the transmission that could be anything it just needs a good tune up. Owner was very defensive from the second he arrived that day and clearly had no plan to work with us to fix this problem he would rather steel our $17,200 and send us on our way with an unsafe vehicle. We then took it to Aamco Transmissions and had it looked at they called us back and said yes, the truck needs a new transmission (estimate attached). So now I just bought a $17,200 truck that now needs a $6280.00 repair before I can drive it. I hope everyone that is thinking of buying a vehicle from this business reads this and makes the smart decision to go elsewhere because they don't care about you and your safely just about the money in their pocket!!
