The Admissions and Accounting staff are also extremely helpful! The therapist was almost always running late. One time almost half an hour due to car trouble. I…read moreunderstand things happen so I waited patiently. I was always on time if not early for my appointments. She even thanked me for my patience on that occasion. I attended multiple sessions with no rescheduling or tardiness on my part, especially not on short notice. Due to several family emergencies, in addition to other outside circumstances (partly why I was attending counseling in the first place) including moving out of state- I missed my final appointment in the chaos of moving. When receiving a no show fee invoice, I asked that it be waived considering I no longer lived in state and I had a hasty departure due to family illness. The therapist refused to waive it. It is frankly insulting- It was the first time I had missed (not even late for an appointment). I patiently waited for her, during her mishaps but she wouldn't extend the same courtesy to me. She was very aware of my circumstances as they were discussed in my session and not simply an excuse. I wouldn't recommend attending here -with therapists that lack compassion or understanding.
