All in all the pizzas were great, I enjoyed our couple of pizzas and definitely wish I had ordered more! But! Both pizzas were very 'wet' in the middle with practically no crust. Soggy didn't quite explain it. Just so wet I figured it has gotta be the style and to that I did not enjoy at all. U can't even fold a u shape triangle to feed yourself cause it's just so saggy from the moisture. That said, flavour was there and I did wish I ordered an extra one. The menu was interesting for me, overall I felt like half the menu were very similar with just 1 or 2 ingredients different. We ordered the Kelso and the Brewongle and if it wasn't for the olives and mushroom you might think they are practically the same. I guess that was the point? Anyway, I'm not complaining. I enjoyed my lunch and I recommend this place! Come with some friends and you'd have a great afternoon! Even the LLB was above average

Great dough, excellent dough cooked perfectly. To be honest, one of the best non-wood fire pizzas I've ever had. The chicken in tomato sauce pasta was less of a tomato based sauce and was more like a butter chicken from your Indian takeaway. The fact that my wife used her worst pasta experience as a way to justify that it's not a terrible dish was a real red flag. She had to force it down. The desert was a great finish. Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream allowed for a perfected mixture of hot and cold. Allowing each spoon full of ice cream to melt over the steaming pudding creating a river of creamy gold.

Perfect size for one person. She went with the seafood pizza and I went with the three sisters (when in Katoomba try to eat the 'localised pizza's :p). Three sister's pizza was basically chicken, avocado and fresh tomato. I found the chicken to be a tad dry and the pizza base not as soft and doughy as I normally like. Both pizza's could have used a bit more sauce on the pizza base as well. The deserts made up for my disappointment with the pizza. My friend ordered the chocolate pudding with hazelnut gelato drizzled with chocolate sauce and I got the sticky date pudding with hazelnut gelato and butterscotch sauce. The chocolate pudding was super rich. Chocolate intensity that a chocolate lover myself even questioned if I could've finished it. My friend however absolutely loved it! The sticky date pudding was perfect. Soft, warm with the right amount of butterscotch sweetness to accompany it. OVERALL With really only one main road in Katoomba you choices for food are limited to this stretch of road. Next time I think I'd be inclined to head further down the street in search of something better.

But if you look beyond the caricature of such low-brow rites of Aussie adolescent passage, and if you now have kids who, damn it, have friends who hang around like the flatulence in grannie's nursing home dining room, Domino's is actually a pretty economical way to get some good tucker. The kids can have the basic pizzas. Old farts like me with gastric sleeves reducing their stomach pouch to the size of a 20 cent coin can get the thin and crispy base so we don't overeat in dough, and allergies are catered for saving the epi pen for another day. Yeah, put aside the old associations with Winni Blues and VB. Just a warning: Katoomba's addressing system sucks. Their drivers are mostly kids. Don't put them through the game of "find my difficult address". Send the missus up to get pick up. By sending her you can keep on chugging your Crownies you've graduated to and you don't have to see the kitchen... it's not at all bad, but like sausages, these pizzas are best seen complete and not being made. But still tip the driver. She/he/non-binary shouldn't suffer because you picked up.
