Do not book with this business. They stole $400 from me! This business made a reservation for me in late December 2025 for a stay the first weekend of May 2026. They did not end up having our reservation booked and said they would refund the amount paid in December. They never made the refund after multiple requests and promises that it would be done. read more

The room we reserved and paid for was not available. Someone had a stroke in the room the day before and could not be moved. I understand that. Offered the 'camper' NO THANK YOU. We were told they tried to contact us but no contact was made to my cell phone. We were told we would receive a refund. NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. Owner told me someone had stolen her identity and her bank accounts were frozen. Kept telling me to call back in a few days, which I did. Same story. It could take months to resolve. The last time I called, (at owners request), I was screamed at and told to go ahead and sue her. She had no money and I would never get my refund. I live on a fixed income through SS. I am a widow. This was my first real vacation in 3 years. Sad that people lead you on. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to reserving a room. Fortunately for us, the Lodge at Falls Creek Falls had a room which was twice the amount but lovely, clean, and drama free. Stay away from this 'bed and breakfast' read more

If you are planning to stay in the "glamping" I would not recommend it! We were advised they were nice yurts and that there was a bath house. When we arrived it was a very small tent, with blow up air mattresses. (we were told there were 2 queen beds) . The pictures on the website don't even come close to representing what it is. The bathhouse is a gallon bucket with a toilet seat on it. Which you are expected to empty and walk up to the dumpster each time you use it. (approx. a football field away) We talked to the others staying as well and they said she completely lied to them about the "yurts" as well! read more

Tina a the owner is true southern hospitality. She moved our family to a better room at no cost because it was soo cold to be on the tent. The room was very clean. Yes, it's nothing luxurious , but clean safe space. I truly enjoyed her company. My husband left his glasses and she mailed them to us. So grateful for her read more

A nice stay just outside the park. The room was nice for the price point. It was clean. Jeff and Tina (owners) were very accommodating and pleasant to talk with. The breakfast was delicious and filling. However, there was no dining area. We enjoyed our food on the front porch. This property offers basic and straightforward accommodations at a fair price. We would definitely stay here again. read more

Do not stay here To start we got there at night so we never saw a single person we were told to go through the unlocked front doors and go down the hall to the left to our room not the room we booked. First of all no lock and a large dehumidifier in the middle of the room we booked for five and we got two queens and a dirty old wood grain sofa. There was a sawed out square hole leading to a small room with a curtain covering it. An upside mirror under the bed and a bowl of white balls behind a chair on the floor I looked up local folklore and it suggests the mirror and the balls are for soul snatching WTF???? Did I say NO LOCK ON OUR DOOR AND THE FRONT DOORS UNLOCKED. Also old blankets and decorative throw pillows that were old were on the beds. It smelled so bad. We left we never stayed I am white but not that dang white to stay at the Bates motel. We left and she messaged the phone were down which confirmed we would have been murdered. read more

NEVER stay here .. repeat .. NEVER stay here. Our April 2024 trip to attend a friend's wedding, looked like this ... We booked this location to save a few dollars and were excited as the folks running the place were very helpful (we thought). We booked a room with tub and got a shower. Breakfast was to be served between 8-10 but it seems to only come at 8 in a styrofoam container with a glob of a breakfast casserole and plastic silverware, no toast, no condiments, delivered to your room and left outside on an exterior porch. We didn't eat it. Coffee is in between the lobby and their home entrance/store. You enter from a the porch using a keypad and are in a hallway stacked with water and last years plants. The room door doesn't lock but they want you to be aware they will come in and get stored items as needed. The room light turns on from the hallway and not within the room itself (WHATTTTTT??!) The area carpet is taped to the floor making it almost impossible to close the bathroom door especially as there is not a handle on either the inside or outside of the bathroom door. The room is a closet with no where to hang anything except where a rather dusty bathrobe was hanging on the back of the non-locking door. Thank goodness, I carry my own travel hangers. The bathroom has no countertop as it is a mini free standing sink. I won't talk about the shower. No fire alarm!!! which we honestly didn't notice until the second night when we were informed, well into the evening, that there was no heat on our side of the building but we'd get a heater. Yep, we got a portable METAL radiator that got HOT to the touch .. so we couldn't go to sleep, once it finally got hot, because the only place to plug it in (see pic) was near dried flowers, the bed, and the curtains which obviously are all flammable. It was missing a foot, so it tipped over too!!!! We had questions/concerns, but no response even though they live on site. We would have left then .. but it's in the middle of nowhere and finding a place for the night wasn't going to be easy and we were in town for a wedding at the park, so nothing to be done that night .. but we did leave the next morning. They refunded a night when my husband pointed out our issues the fire martial would/should be made aware of .. he was so surprised there wasn't a fire alarm!!!! since they'd had an inspection. WHAAAAAAAAT??? So, I would give them ZERO STARS and tell you to get a room at the Park Lodge or come from the day or sleep in your car but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE! read more

This is a lovely bead and breakfast right outside Fall Creek Falls State Park. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Owners are so friendly and accommodating. Big porch is great to sit on in the mornings with coffee! Breakfast is brought to your room, not fancy but very good food Reasonably priced. We would stay again! read more

We stayed here several times, usually when the Lodge at Fall Creek falls was full. The owners are super friendly and last time we stayed we received a nice breakfast each morning. We had a suite which was roomy and comfortable. This time we got a regular room, which was comfortable but overcrowded with two large chairs. There was no room to put our luggage or for my husband to do some computer work. He had to sit out on the front to be able to work and thankfully the weather was good. The pictures on the internet of the dining room, dining patio and common areas are misleading and not were available. There is a microwave in the hall you can use. No refrigerators. the wife was Ill so no breakfast was served during our time there and we were told that they were sending folks to the lodge to eat as they were trying to help them build up business. As an alternative it is an okay place to stay and comfortable clean rooms. The bedrooms are as pictured on their website. Our room Just felt overcrowded with too much furniture. Fantastic place ! my room was beautiful. Neat and well decorated. The owners were delightful and they make and sell wonderful soap. i was staying only one night on my way to Camp school for Boy Scouts but I slept well and appreciated their hospitality. The water pressure was also excellent. read more

I completely second the first review. I have no idea where all the great reviews are coming from. Avoid this place at all costs. The food was served in styrofoam boxes with plastic utensils and dumped in a trash can in the dinning room when we were done. The rooms smelled bad and the shower pressure left welts on our backs. The worst part was the owner, Jeff, who joked about having cameras in the rooms and beating his wife. As a young woman, I did not feel safe here at all. Jeff popped up wherever we were and even came into our room to shut off the porch light. Don't bother with the coffee at the coffee shop or the stuff served with breakfast. Overall, this place had huge red flags and I would not recommend to anyone. read more

I must say it is with a heavy heart that I have to provide a poor review for The Cascade Inn at Fall Creek Falls. I had such HIGH expectations for this bed and breakfast after all of the wonderful reviews I read about this place. How in God's name could I have ever imagined the craziness we were about to experience. I booked the RV on this property because ALL other rooms in the main house were already rented and ALL cabins at Fall Creek Falls were already rented in April for a race in August. When we first arrived I immediately said out loud, "please Lord don't tell me this is it." There was a rusted out looking box truck with stacks of huge pallets thrown down all around it on the ground right in front of the RV. The RV looked fine from the outside so we pulled in, took a deep breath and walked into the house to check in. After a minute or so the owners came out to met us. We stood there talking for about 15 minutes when the first of many sexual topics were brought up by the owners (toe sucking ex-husbands). Little did we know this was only the beginning. It seemed like every time we "ran into Jeff" he would tell us another story with sexual content (sex with donkeys, lesbian sexual activity, etc). We left that first meeting in shock! All we could do was laugh though because we couldn't even imagine what in the hell we just walked in to. My daughter and her boyfriend were meeting us there later so we immediately called them and told them about it and sent them pictures of the box truck and pallets out the front side of the RV and the goats out the back side of the RV. We were warned by the owners that the previous renters of the RV had left a "sticky mess" in the bathroom but Jeff had cleaned it out and if we had any issues to let them know. OH MY GOSH did we have issues. The bathroom toilet smelled horrifically the entire time and if the toilet was flushed it was even worse. This doesn't happen with a "stinky mess", this happens when there is a real problem with the plumbing! We bought additional candles and the owners provided candles which we burned the entire time (including all night long) but it did not help. What's even worse, we told Jeff we were going to use the restroom in the main house since ours smelled so bad when it was flushed but Jeff didn't welcome that and even at one point locked the upstairs door where the public restroom was and let us know that the house would be locked up at night so we couldn't get in even if we wanted too. Sooo strange and nasty! The shower was full of dead bugs we had to clean up. We ran out of water so we filled the tanks and left the hose attached. When we were walking back to the RV we saw Jeff unhooking the hose. He put the hose back under the house and turned off the main valve so that we couldn't turn it back on. He had told us we could fill the tanks if they ran out so we were confused by this. Moving on to the food: All meals were served in styrofoam to-go boxes with plastic utensils in a bag. They said this was due to covid but I question that because the day we left we went to a diner in the nearby town where we were served on real plates with real forks and spoons. Regardless of the delivery method though, let me tell you about the food (0 being terrible to 5 being awesome). Friday night dinner - chicken enchilada - 4 Saturday breakfast - Quiche - 4 for taste (0 for hair in the food and gnats in the orange juice) Saturday dinner - Steak - 0, it was terrible! (0 for hair in the salad which the owner joked only added more protein) Sunday breakfast - Banana Nut Bread - 5 Sunday dinner - Meatloaf - 5 We fought gnats at every meal and had to "jokingly complain" that our utensils should be given to us instead of being thrown to us in our general direction. We understand this is a bed and breakfast but we do not feel like the owners should interject themselves in every space the guests gather. Jeff came to every meal, sat down without eating and just talked the whole time. He came into our RV several times, sat down on the couch and talked for quite some time, each time. We would have enjoyed just some relaxation time away from all of his stories. I understand some people may not be put off by this but Jeff had already told us the previous owners had camera's in every room watching people so you can imagine how uncomfortable we felt every time we went somewhere and Jeff seemed to always show up. He jokingly said he took all the camera's down "except for the one's in the bathrooms". Jeff told us how one of the guest used to weigh 400 pounds and didn't I know two of the women were "a couple". Really?! That is just unprofessional! It was all just so weird! We made the absolute best of it and laughed a lot because you just couldn't do anything else! We will for sure run the FCF half marathon next year but we WILL NOT be staying at this inn. read more

We stayed at the Cascade Inn 6 nights at the end of September 2023. We had reserved for 8 nights and the owners (Jeff and Tina) had required full payment way in advance. Although they call it a B&B, they do not offer breakfast nor any other meal, but Tina had offered to prepare oatmeal and coffee when we reserved. Upon arrival, we found out that they wouldn't do even this. We had to prepare our instant oatmeal in a microwave oven placed in a corner of a hallway. The husband Jeff was at first reluctant to provide even bowls and other utensils. The rooms had a very unpleasant musty odor; the bathroom was very small, with a toilet made for a small child, and a sink with no counter space. The towels were so humid that we at first thought they had been left there by mistake. The Inn is at least 20 minutes by car from a place where some breakfast could be purchased. The only good thing we can say about this place is that Jeff agreed to provide us with ice for our cooler so we could keep our food from going bad. He stated that by law they could not keep a microwave or a mini fridge in the room (we don't know if this is correct). Two days after arriving we told Jeff and also Tina that we'd leave earlier than reserved; they said they didn't give refunds but that they would state in writing that we could use the balance to stay at the Inn at a later time. To date, we haven't received anything in writing even after two email requests. This is really a moot point as we will never go back to this less that desirable place. read more
