I had to have them come out a half-dozen times to fix issues with their carpet installation. They planned so poorly for the carpet that the main hallway had 5 seams when it should have been one piece of carpet. The seams they made were either not actually attached or had so much glue in them that they had a hard ridge, which you could feel any time you walked over it. They eventually had to give up because they ruined a section of carpet. I hired a different company to come in and fix all the issues because they did such a poor job. There were multiple areas where glue was left on top of the new carpet. If you spend money on carpet, you don't want Alan's installing because they are a waste of money.
