We told him what we were looking for. He explained all of the different options to us. He was very patient and knowledgeable. This helped us make our selection quickly. The purchase process was very smooth. The carpet arrived faster than expected. Brian was awesome with the scheduling and to work with overall. Brad Dithen and his installation crew were amazing. Brian had estimated it may take up to three days, but the installation crew finished in a day and a half. Installation quality was great.
