They are now telling me that the water in coming in somewhere else and any additional work will be at my cost. The only warranty they provide is on the work they completed, but unfortunately the work they completed did not fix the issue. I hired Helitch because I trusted they were the experts in foundations and would be able to fix my water issue. I am now out $10,511 and still have water in my crawl space. Please consider hiring someone else to repair your foundations in the future.

Not only did they fail to complete the work they quoted, but they made things worse. They tore up my driveway, left it looking like a disaster, and instead of admitting they couldn't do the job, they tried to strong-arm me for money. Even more concerning, their own employees admitted they don't get fully paid unless they collect the money--which explains the aggressive tactics. That's not just bad business, that's unethical. Don't be fooled by their polished marketing. Behind the glossy ads is a company that mistreats customers and their own employees, and leaves behind more problems than they solve. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The technician was surprised the office hadn't called to let me know they were short handed (again? Still?). They finally got on my last nerve. The crew did a good job resurfacing but they did not have enough experience and knowledge to know the concrete slab would move in the winter and crack the patch and new surface. There is a deep crack down the middle of the new surface of the patio from top to bottom. They looked at it and knew what caused it and said it's not their fault and they departed. I trusted in their experience and knowledge and they didn't have it. These guys aren't pros. Pros know their business. Why would they let me spend all that money when in a few months it would be ruined? Now in the last year a new crack has developed on the other side of the patio next to the house. So 2 cracks in the new surface so far and probably more to come. That's a lot of money for a crappy looking back patio with cracks. I would rather not have spent the money. For the same money I could have built a wood deck on top of the concrete and it would look good.
