He evaluated the site, asked excellent questions of how it was to be used... he covered every detail with perfection! We placed the order on the spot. We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted the showroom again to purchase some patio furniture. Elisha helped us select the BEST furniture. Wow, we are amazed at the quality. They even arranged for the furniture to arrive with the awning (which was even ahead of schedule, which was a delight!). The day of installation was flawless.
