I love this family owned and operated carpet cleaning business. They are quick to respond and manage to find a way to schedule around my availability. The quality of their service is absolutely top-notch. They take such great pride in their work and are fair with their pricing. We live in a rental home with very worn carpet and they manage to do a tremendous job bringing it back to very good conditions. They always provide great tips and suggestions to help me keep our home clean...and the best thing is that I feel comfortable leaving my home in their hands while I run errands / pick up kids etc while they are working. read more

I seriously don't understand all of these positive reviews. This company is waaaaay overpriced. I made the appt and no minimum was ever stated. Once the cleaning was done, the invoice was presented to my husband who paid it. $300 for less than 200 sq ft carpet space + stairs (!). Darren was lucky he dealt with my husband on that because I would have refused to pay it. Plus he was here for well over two hours, taking his time and chatting, probably to justify the cost. Dude, we have things to do, just get the work done and leave! With pets we have our carpets cleaned every 2-3 mos., we usually go with El Toro Carpet Cleaning but thought we'd give this company a try given the positive reviews. El Toro charges $99, is in and out in less than an hour and the quality of work is the same. Looks like Carpet Beaters may be owned by community darlings but this was a complete ripoff. read more

They have been our carpet guys for several years. I'd give them 5 stars, but they just cancelled our scheduled appointment in November because they say they no longer do carpets with "pet accident contamination". I'm sad, cause they were really good. read more

I've been using The Carpet Beaters for 14 years. My carpet has stayed new looking and there's never any residue from harsh chemicals. They have their own technique and worth every penny. He always puts a protector on it so if anything is spilled it comes right up with a damp cloth. I would never consider anyone else. Plus Darren and Jacob are very nice and trustworthy. They are great. read more

This was a very pleasant experience dealing with Carpet Beaters. Darren and his son arrived on time, gave a reasonable estimate after measuring the rooms before starting the work. They were courteous, respectful of our furnishings and did an excellent job cleaning not only our carpeting but two area rugs badly soiled. We highly recommend Carpet Beaters and will definitely have them back in a couple years. Give them a call. Darren will answer all your questions. read more

Saw this company listed in the OC Register's "Best of Orange County" book. Decided to try them instead of Coit (my usual). The people are super nice, from the lady who answered the phone to the guy who came and did the work. Had them clean our carpet in our family room and dining room. We have two preschoolers and beige carpet (not my choice, it was there when we moved in)! They got ALL the spots and stains out. (Coit always made the point that they couldn't guarantee that they'd get all the stains out.) From now on I will only and always be using Carpet Beaters. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been using Carpet Beaters for years and always call them after the holidays to get all the stains out from my family enjoying themselves. Carpet Beaters did a fantastic job on our home recently. My teenage son and his friends have their own hangout room that is carpeted, you can imagine how dirty that carpet can get. We contemplated just replacing the carpet in that room because we thought it was just too dirty to get cleaned. After talking about it we decided to try carpet cleaning first with the thought we might have to replace it anyway. The carpet beaters cleaned not only that room but also our stairs and we couldn't be happier. They did an absolutely outstanding job and made the carpet look like it did when we moved in. It was quick and easy on us and they explained everything before starting. Great job, we will definitely be using you again. read more

Expensive carpet cleaning for our townhome. He cleaned maybe 250 square feet of carpet at best, the rest we have wooden floors. They maybe ok for larger homes with more square footage, but personally I feel we got hosed for the small area done. read more

I have them clean my carpets each November before guests arrive for the holiday. I moved to Orange in 2012 and found them in the phone book. They are professional, prompt, courteous and the carpets look great.
