So he does know his limits, which often is hard to find in a mechanic. I'd say that SAR is just a good old mechanic shop for regular folks. So you're not gonna see any gimmicks like coconut water or jazz music when you come in. After it had been sitting…read moreout there for nearly 3 months we called to find out what was going on and was told they still had not found the problem. So we had it towed back home so we could find someone else. After it arrived home we discovered they had everything under the dashboard unplugged and pulled a part. Under the hood was the same thing and they took the instructions that the previous owner left each time he worked on it. So now our cars value went from 10,000 to a few hundred dollars. To fix what Nabozny's done will cost us several thousand. Please do yourself a favor and find another auto repair!!

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

The AAA driver recommended Tate Boys Tires and I need 2 new tires for $170 but it took over an hour to put on and they had no cars in the bay. They appear very nice but another man can in after me w/ a lady who had a blow out on the freeway and her tire service was quick and she was out. Yet here I still sit.
