As an ex Horsham resident I spent alot of time here whilst growing up watching films and performing in music concerts etc. I recently went back for the first time since the refurbishment - definate improvement, it has had the typical makeover of cream walls, brown carpet, wooden doors much nicer than the original . I went to see a film on orange wednesday (you buy one ticket you get one free) my mum had been down earlier and bought the tickets so we arrived and sat in our alloted seats, unfortunately just as the films was about to start another group turned up claiming these seats as theirs -and on their tickets were the same numbers, after some confusion and embarrasment it turned out that we had been given tickets for the thursday showing (which neither we or the ticket checker on the door had noticed, mainly as we got them at the orange wednesday price) we ended up sitting at the front which made the viewing much more uncomfortable (and made the earlier booking of tickets pointless!) luckily I enjoyed the film itself so it wasnt a complete disaster! read more
