He also gave me a sausage for my dog for the road and it was so tasty that I didn't want to share, and even considered turning back to buy some more! Located in a field at the local exhibition grounds, the farmers market had a great selection of fresh produce, baked goods, fish, meat, jams, jellies, cheese, and all the other usual suspects you would expect to find. While not as large as the Ladner Village market on the mainland, the Comox Valley market still has plenty of goods to offer and makes for a great place to spend a Saturday morning.
