Humberto told me that they instituted a new rule this year that a person must purchase 52 Cigars per year. They also sell pipes, cigar cutters, and lighters. They do not sell alcohol nor are you allowed to keep alcohol in your locker if you decide to purchase one. I have to say, this place has a lived in feel!
