Paid $342 for a technician to take down a wasp/yellowjacket nest and spray a preventative treatment…read moreso that they wouldn't come back. Wasps were back within their 30-day guarantee, the technician came back, sprayed again, and the wasps were back again within a couple weeks. They refused to refund, instead offering to send out a technician for a third time to provide a snake oil service that doesn't work. It's borderline fraudulent that they charge $342 for a service they can't even provide. Save your headache and money and use a $7 can of foaming spray yourself, or at least use a legitimate company who's business model isn't "rip off the customer, refuse refunds, and try to justify the exorbitant expense".

Three messages zero return calls. Looking for new service provider! See you Orkin.

So if you have to go here, beware; take pictures of everything you dropped off while at the business until they change their practices and give you a list of everything you've dropped off on your ticket.
