We called Austin's Termite and Pest Control because my mom is extremely afraid of roaches and she saw one in her home in Lolita. Rob came out the same afternoon and sprayed the house inside and out and my mom has not seen a roach since. Rob is a very nice man, friendly and courteous. Their service and prices are great and I recommend Austin's Termite and Pest Control for your pest control needs. read more

Paid $342 for a technician to take down a wasp/yellowjacket nest and spray a preventative treatment…read moreso that they wouldn't come back. Wasps were back within their 30-day guarantee, the technician came back, sprayed again, and the wasps were back again within a couple weeks. They refused to refund, instead offering to send out a technician for a third time to provide a snake oil service that doesn't work. It's borderline fraudulent that they charge $342 for a service they can't even provide. Save your headache and money and use a $7 can of foaming spray yourself, or at least use a legitimate company who's business model isn't "rip off the customer, refuse refunds, and try to justify the exorbitant expense".

Three messages zero return calls. Looking for new service provider! See you Orkin.
