I'm guessing was the discount price as I had 174lbs of clothing (father passed and I was getting washed to donate to church). She was a pleasant person and respectable as was I to her. I didn't yesterday, so I did today! Mr Biillip (the owner) was there are graciously accepted my clothes. He said they would be ready tomorrow. I just got a call and said come get your clothes they are ready! I got there paid my normal $35 and Mr Billip handed me $53. He said this was in one of your pants pockets! What a blessing! Over two weeks ago, I had a load of clothes that were unfortunately burned and damaged due to one of their dryers overheating. It was a frustrating and upsetting situation, as the clothes were ruined, but what made it even worse was the utter lack of follow-up or care from the management or ownership. When I initially reported the issue, all I was asked to do was write down my name and number. No one offered any explanation, no one took the time to gather more information or even express sympathy for the situation. Just a simple, "Write your name down, we'll get back to you." Well, two weeks later, still nothing. The "manager" on site even acknowledged that my cloths were scalding hot and burnt. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of effort to communicate or resolve the issue. It feels like my concerns were completely disregarded. The manager and owner did not reach out to me, and it almost seems like they assumed I wouldn't follow through because of the location of the laundromat. I hate to think that my race or socioeconomic status might have played a role in how I've been treated here, but I can't ignore the feeling that they believe people from this neighborhood won't have the resources or the motivation to fight back. I absolutely do. I have the means and the determination to make sure this is addressed. At the very least, a simple follow-up call to ask for more details about the incident or to inquire about what was damaged would have shown some level of care or customer service. Instead, I've been completely ignored, treated as if I wasn't even a paying customer, as if my experience didn't matter at all. I find that incredibly disrespectful. This whole situation has been an absolute nightmare, and I refuse to just let it slide. I'll continue to pursue this until I get some form of acknowledgment or resolution. The lack of responsibility shown here is unacceptable, and I will not allow this laundromat to simply get away with neglecting its customers. If you value your belongings and expect any level of accountability, I highly suggest you find another place to do your laundry. Based on my experience, this laundromat clearly doesn't care about its customers, and if something goes wrong, they won't be there to help. Truly disappointing especially when the cloths damaged weren't worth much. Luckily My clothing are generally dry cleaned and I only use this laundry mat when my washer is acting up and I'm in a rush.

Her competency, knowledge, and approach of service was mind-blowing. This is hard to find in any customer service genre. Esther was attentive, honest, and altruistic in helping people of all stripes. You don't find help like this ANYWHERE in this day and age. And the laundry mat itself was spotless, spacey, and workable. The coin exchange, unlike others, was easy to understand and operable.
