They did not charge me a cent even after I asked them to for all the work they did. They simply handed me their card and asked me to call in the future. We spoke for quite some time. Very nice guys. I gave them $40 for lunch. This happened a year ago and the system has been working fine ever since. Because of their great customer service, Stone is officially my go to septic service company.

Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing. Update : the company did call and ask me to remove my review. I replied my trap is still covered in grease. They did however come back 2 weeks later and do the job right. I was promised a free grease trap cleaning on my next visit. Guess what they never showed.

I bought my daughter a 12x12 photo scrapbook as part of the package. It was filled in no-time, people had so much fun. The girls then pasted copies of the photos in the album and had the people sign the book. It came out so nice! And dedication, they didn't stop to eat because they were so busy. Planning my son's Bar Mitzvah was a daunting task. The expense and amount that needed to be done…read morewas overwhelming and I needed to figure out a way to rein it in. I received a list of vendors from our synagogue and called all of them. The only one that was genuinely willing to work with me was OnTheMarc. Amanda and Marc understood completely what we were trying to accomplish and our budgetary restrictions. I am not saying it was cheap in any way, but they worked with me to achieve the perfect combination of quality and ample food at a, at least fair and manageable price. And, I have to say the food selection was incredible. I cannot tell you how many of our guests commented about it. However, the experience with On the Marc was so much more than just that. The staff was ample and incredible. EVERYONE was attended to at all times. Jacqui, the on-site lead was not only helpful leading up to the event, but she was invaluable at the event. It took such a load off our shoulders knowing she was there. I would use OnTheMarc over and over again if I could and I recommend them wholeheartedly for any event. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. I didn't want to put on such an expensive affair, but they did something I didn't think was possible - made me happy I did it.
