After the sins of being on the island for 4 days, I felt compelled to go to church. This place is…read morelocated at the south end of the island by the water park. The church is ultra-small. And during off-season, the small rectory filled up by 9:30. The service was short, and a tad liberal, but I felt good for going and donating money to their organization. They served complementary coffee and doughnuts before service but we didn't partake. The majority of the congregation was from out of town. They took time at the beginning of service to acknowledge where all the out-of-towners were from.

We first attended this chapel when our God-daughter had her wedding there. It is a beautiful…read morebuilding with a nice enclosed open-air patio/courtyard which helps prtect from the sea breeze. The sanctuary is beautiful, and has ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking a beautiful garden, complete with kitties playing and rolling in the grass. The sanctuary seats about 200. The service was nice and meaningful. The pastor preached a nice sermon, and the music was nice and well-done. This a non-denominational Christian church. Sunday services are at 9:30 Sunday mornings, and other activities take place during the week.

It's a laid back kinda atmosphere. The pastor is great. The people are friendly. They have child care for your little ones.The older children have their own class with fun bible based activities. The caregivers and teachers are great! From the music to the people it's a great experience. Come by for some fellowship and coffee. They serve Open communion the first Sunday of each month.
