It was clearly a case of one person not knowing what the other was doing. I cancelled my order and went to the shop for my receipt. The male owner was absolutely indignant and rude that I cancelled the order and even more so that I should have the nerve to ask for a receipt. He kept saying how busy he was and he didn't have time to deal with me. Me, the person who paid $85 for flowers that were not delivered and was even told incorrectly that they were. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and unacceptable conduct from a flower shop and will never use them again under any circumstance.
