When I called back the following morning a woman answered the phone and stated that they didn't even have roses and wouldn't get any until that afternoon. It was clearly a case of one person not knowing what the other was doing. I cancelled my order and went to the shop for my receipt. The male owner was absolutely indignant and rude that I cancelled the order and even more so that I should have the nerve to ask for a receipt. He kept saying how busy he was and he didn't have time to deal with me. Me, the person who paid $85 for flowers that were not delivered and was even told incorrectly that they were. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and unacceptable conduct from a flower shop and will never use them again under any circumstance.

Shortly after being approached, my order was delivered by another florist...not what I ordered and looked much cheaper. When I contacted the florist that actually made the delivery, they said they had no relationship with Palm Harbor Florist. They even told me the flowers delivered were much cheaper then what I paid. SCAM As much I want to support local business...be careful they are order pushers, local businesses know and take their orders and take a pay cut. The order they place to customers is subpar. Most people placing the order will never know. My order went through bloomingdays...they claim no responsibility but I don't buy it.
