Called at 4:10 and the man confirmed that they had been delivered. When I didn't hear from her by 5 I was concerned so I had to ruin the surprise and ask if she got them, she didn't. Called back and the man apologized and said he would upgrade them the next day. When I called back the following morning a woman answered the phone and stated that they didn't even have roses and wouldn't get any until that afternoon. It was clearly a case of one person not knowing what the other was doing. I cancelled my order and went to the shop for my receipt. The male owner was absolutely indignant and rude that I cancelled the order and even more so that I should have the nerve to ask for a receipt. He kept saying how busy he was and he didn't have time to deal with me. Me, the person who paid $85 for flowers that were not delivered and was even told incorrectly that they were. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and unacceptable conduct from a flower shop and will never use them again under any circumstance.
