Andrea (my consultant) took all my stress away from the moment I came in. We browsed the rails together and found several options - before I slipped on "the one." I have big boobs and had struggled to feel good when trying on dresses at other boutiques but Andrea helped me pick out dresses that worked for my figure and made me feel amazing. Not only did Andrea help style, she also personally altered the sample dress I tried on and it fitted like a glove in time for my August wedding! Throughout our fittings, Andrea also offered me expert advice and tips to do "on the day" to ensure I looked and felt my best coming down the aisle - such as the best way to hold my boutique, look after the dress (which I had to bring over to France) and ways to accessorise to enhance the overall look. I am so grateful she came to my rescue... thank you so much to Andrea and Mirror Mirror for such an amazing 5* experience.

This is a family run business which only opened about 5 years ago, but you would believe it had been open much longer due to the brilliant knowledge and customer services shown from the staff. The minute I walked into the shop I was made incredibly welcome and I was not followed around, I felt comfortable to browse the hundreds of amazing gowns at my leisure and when I did need help the staff couldn't have been more helpful. After going to really snobby, stuffy and high pressured shops that did not care about my budget or what I really wanted, I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My whole experience was delightful and memorable from start to finish. When I came for my first visit, the girls were really attentive and took time to get to know me. They really took the time to hear my wedding vision. They didn't make me feel pressured to pick and buy a dress, in fact they helped me find that perfect wedding dress. It was in the upcoming season and had to return 6 a few months later. They were very good with staying in touch and letting me know when the new line arrived. When I finally returned to try the new season, the girls were again, amazing in their service. They helped me realise my vision by customising part of my dress that made it perfectly my own. They always made me feel like I was the most important customer and even with my bridesmaids, the staff shared in our wedding fun. Despite all the tweaks and customising, my dress remained within budget. The shop was really good and helped me meet my budget and creating my perfect dress. They were also very good at fitting my appointments around my hectic schedule. They paid attention to every detail and it showed it the quality of my custom pieces and alterations. Their selection of gowns is stunning, and they have some lesser stocked designers which was great for such an 'out-of-town' location. They obviously have great taste! They opened later for me to be able to have a bridesmaid fitting and as four of my bridesmaids were overseas, they ordered the dresses early enough for me to send them on so they could get them altered to fit perfectly. The seamstresses they use for alterations are reasonable and excellent. Definitely pay them a visit and make up your own mind.
