We complain about having to pay at all for having two items that are bad, but they say that's their "policy". As we're leaving they tell us they can give us 20% off the substituted item (which was $14)...so a whole $2.80 discount!?!?! Is it April Fools already? We've been spending over or close to $100 here once a week for the last couple of months and a whooping $2.80 discount. Shove it. We'll just eat somewhere else from now on. The fact that they were unwilling to provide something at no cost when they screwed it up twice is amazing (and not in a good way). So, if you're giving thought of coming here, don't. Go to Antlers or CL Pizza instead. St Ives Grill doesn't want to take care of their customers, the bottom line is more important.
