He got me back on the road on good quality tires at a very fair price on the very same day that I came in needing help - which happened to be the Monday of a summer weekend that a lot of other local businesses were treating as a three-day weekend. Jarrod was very personable and easy to talk to, always with good clear communication; he set reasonable expectations and then exceeded them. Could not be happier with how this whole situation worked out. My opinion of Canadian Tire Automotive Centers just rose astronomically because of this very positive experience. Thank you, Jarrod!! Makes me almost wish I lived closer so I could come take advantage of the warranty :-) *almost!*

Since they didn't have any product on the shelf, one of the staff asked management if they could break one of the bundles for shelf stock as they would ordinarily carry the product that way. No was the response so effectively, Rona had the product I needed but they refused to sell it to me. Zero stars for Rona. Five stars for the employee for a total of 2 stars overall.

It had everything in it- passport, Id, wallet, money etc. Someone had found it on the beach and taken it to Freeride, who then turned it into the police, and even tracked me down on Facebook in order to contact my employer to contact me so I'd know to go to police. I had to do extra work to find out who freerides was as they hadn't left contact info to take credit for their amazingly generous efforts on my behalf. Of course, visiting their store after this I was very delighted to have an excuse to purchase truly chic high quality shoes, bikini, and T-shirt. Would definitely recommend stopping in to see the great merchandise and staff if you get a chance!
