I was struggling for an hour to put in an order to be delivered on line when I decided to phone the store and pick their brains. Lorn gave me some tips and offered to stay on the phone while I attempted to make it work. I told him I'd call him back if it didn't. It didn't! When I called back, he offered to stop by on his way home to see if he could help. He spent almost an hour here. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Since it was getting late, Lorn arranged the delivery for the next day. Matt, the owner, I believe, delivered my order. He was very apologetic about the trouble I had and we had a lovely conversation. I've dealt with Lorn, Matt and Sherry. They're all extremely helpful and enjoy passing on their extensive knowledge. I honestly have not experienced this kind of customer service in years!! If you have any issues of any kind, I strongly suggest that you contact them.

He got me back on the road on good quality tires at a very fair price on the very same day that I came in needing help - which happened to be the Monday of a summer weekend that a lot of other local businesses were treating as a three-day weekend. Jarrod was very personable and easy to talk to, always with good clear communication; he set reasonable expectations and then exceeded them. Could not be happier with how this whole situation worked out. My opinion of Canadian Tire Automotive Centers just rose astronomically because of this very positive experience. Thank you, Jarrod!!
