Over the next few days every question I asked he answered, or researched and then answered. As it goes, no new dishwasher is needed but I have to pass kudos onto Dustin. I bought a couch here because they said they offered delivery. I paid and took time off of work to be able to be at home for the delivery. They never came. I called the store and they said 'oops we missed that delivery'. They then called later to say that they forgot to charge me for delivery, and I needed to drive back to the store to pay for delivery before they could get it to me. So I basically lost a day's work waiting for these geniuses and they still dropped the ball. And then they try and make it seem like this was MY FAULT! they care ZERO about customers, and have absolutely no idea what SERVICE means. Dont waste your hard earned $$ here. We've been buying mattresses and appliances from The Brick in Castlegar, since we started our vacation rental business in 2012. We've found their salespeople knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't pushy and they listen to our needs. The guys at their loading dock have been great too! We don't buy extended warranties or use their credit service. We are expanding Paradise Valley Lodge in Winlaw and taking advantage of their mattress sale this week. read more

We bought 5 Samsung appliances through a very nice sales person named Alec, but it was the only nice thing about this purchase. First the manager gave us hassle about delivery, even though we gave them months notice about when we would need them delivered. He told us that they only delivered when they had enough in our area to deliver. Then we used our washer for only a few months the mother board went and when I phoned to complain,it was obvious that the manager had briefed the warranty complaints department, as she was prepared to treat me very rudely from the start. She acted very condescending. It was the worst purchase experience of my life and we will never ever shop at the Brick in Castlegar again!!! Don't ever waste your money on extended warranties as they are not worth the paper they are written on!!! read more

I bought a Beautyrest GL5 queen set from the Brick in Castlegar, British Columbia Canada on Sept 3 2020 and have had 5 box springs that are defective right from the factory and nobody seems to care they just keep shipping them out , if I'm buying new and paying cash I expect something without a rip.I spoke to the manager Mark & he said that's the way it is we will take bringing them in until we get one ok for you !! What crap service!! The Brick doesn't seem to care too much about them as they just keep ordering them and not caring about the outcome, but what I thought was good quality is just junk now to me what happened to quality control ? I spent good money and am totally ashamed of what companies seem to think is ok , I don't want a rip in my new product , so disappointing from the brick and how bad the customer service is from them , they don't seem to care at all , I won't buy anything from that store ever ....I'm tired of there crap read more
