I've driven past a few times and today I'm delighted that I stopped to try them out. It's breakfast o'clock and there is table service so take a seat and someone is right with you. They get it right with taking a coffee order right away, do I look like I need one? Well I did need one and lucky for everybody it was made promptly and delivered with a smile. Today I chose the Big Breaky Burger. I find it hard not to give these a try everywhere. I noted on the menu some additional ingredients that you won't typically see. This burger was clearly of a higher class. When it arrived (which was surprisingly quick, I guess they are quiet today, but awesome) the presentation was pretty eye catching. I blurted our something stupid and incomprehensible to the waitress. What I meant to say was "that looks awesome" and "thank you". Let's cut to the juice. The coffee is great, smooth with no bitterness! The bacon is delicious, maybe a light smokey flavour and crisped to perfection. The burger is made on a fluffy brioche bun as it should be. The avocado was generous and had a slight lemon flavour like they cared for it delicately begins the scenes. I love this place after one visit! I'll be back, and I'll bring other people. Given the amount of people they were serving we were surprised to get our meal within 15 minutes. Both meals pretty as a picture and the perfect size. The hotcakes so light and fluffy with a delicious white chocolate cream on top and the sweet corn fritters (also like corn slice fried to crispy goodness) were simply amazing with perfectly poached eggs and dill cream. Now let's talk about the service - attentive and friendly. At one point someone came over the check we had received our coffee.
