Once I finally placed my order, their debit machines stopped working due to a Wi-Fi issue normally a small, fixable problem. Instead, staff asked me to step outside with them while they tried to connect their payment terminal to a neighbouring business's Wi-Fi. This went on for nearly 15 minutes, with staff standing on the patio and repeatedly attempting to connect multiple machines to the neighbour's network. It was awkward, inappropriate, and honestly unprofessional. After all that, the transaction still didn't go through, and I left without the cupcake I had tried to buy. The manager barely apologized and seemed irritated that I had even tried to make a purchase. At no point was I offered the product as a courtesy or any kind of solution for the wasted time. The younger staff seemed polite and not at fault here- the issue is clearly a lack of management and proper equipment. Bring cash, a hotspot, or better yet, save yourself the hassle until they fix their system. I won't be returning.

On entry it's clearly a local hangout frequented by office workers and tradespeople. We ordered a simple breakfast. Eggs, bacon, home fries and coffee. The eggs were fine, the bacon was the thinnest I've ever had, the home fries were fine but the portion was small, the coffee was barely more than tinted water. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
