The landing is amazing! There's shopping, dinner cruises, candy stores, condo's, a hotel, great restaurants everything you could ask for. The weather was perfect when we went. The water show starts I think at 6 and its done every where hour. Some of the places I loved were the candy store, bath junkie, big popper, la cantina mexicana, and rocky mountain chocolate factory. This place is straight awful, and ruined what was the best part of Branson. Sammy Lane Resort, an incredibly unique, cool, wonderful little spot, used to be located here. It dated back to the 1920's and I have more wonderful memories there than I can even recall - I was so sad, disappointed, and angry to see they tore it down to build yet another garbage outdoor mall with the same crap you find anywhere else. Such a shame to see an historic place torn down for this junk. read more

A very pleasant shopping strip of stores alongside the river complete with dining options. A nice addition to downtown Branson, a little hectic to get at but the parking garage helps (pay). There are activities for the kids too - zip line, shooting gallery, fountain, photo booths, etc. read more

Such a fun relaxing place for a stroll after the long drive to Branson from our house. At dinner there then walked and shopped. Kids took the zip line. Gramma even rode the hot air balloon. And I got treats at a specialty chocolate shop. Beware parents there are, like, 8 candy shops lol. Also the Disney store which we went there for is gone. read more

Never park in the parking garage at the Branson Landing. I was charged for 4 days when I was only parked for 1-1/2 hours. That was on the 11th of December - today is the 22nd have not received a refund yet. Poor customer service. read more

Had a wonderful time shopping with the family at the landing. We walked to Bass Pro and back. The Belk was nice and there was a great coffee shop with reasonable prices. It is close enough to downtown that you can park at the landing and walk downtown. read more

Just ate at Guy Fieri's Restuarant. Food was really good. I had wings and he had pork sandwich. Atmosphere was interesting and not overwhelming. We are fans of the show. We only give it 4 because our server liked to talk to everyone as she was working. So it delayed our food getting to us. When other people sit order get food and are done and you don't have yours it is the waitress not the cook. Worth trying ! read more

We came to the Landing for the first time last night and man was I impressed. All my favorite stores were there plus many more!! I love how walking down the Landing is like walking through a beautiful town. Very pretty shopping mall with beautiful fountains! My husband begged me to ride the "hot air ballon" ride at the end of the strip by Belk and I did. The lady operating that ride was super nice but I was absolutely terrified! The Landing has just about everything you need plus something you don't. Prices are high due to taxes. Once past that you can eat and shop and look around at some fun stuff. BASS PRO has a small but fun store that is a must see. Food, if you can't find it in the Landing I'd be surprised. Walk along the lake, take your time hit the strange stores you don't have back home. Branson Landing is amazing. It was the best shopping center I had ever been too. Over three football fields over shopping and eating is always cool. And when theres a water fountain with fire shooting out of random places, it kinda ups the cool factor. Beautiful view of the lake and homes on the hill behind the lake. Bass Pro Shop is cool, but not quite as cool as the one in Springfield. There is a nice restaurant at the end, that is owned by Bass Pro Shops, and it's amazing. Shops are a little pricey, but what you expect? Parking lot is on the left end of the landing, with plenty of parking spaces. The only downside is that it's the only parking area and it's pretty far from the other end of the landing; so get ready to walk some. read more

This is a nice little outdoor mall with a play area and a fountain show. The fountain shows were out of service during our visit due to flooding a couple of months ago, but the fountains themselves were somewhat working, so the kids enjoyed that. There are several empty storefronts. There are a LOT of candy shops in this place! Overall, we found plenty of parking, a lot of chain stores, and a good way to waste a couple of hours while we waited for our motel room to be ready. read more

More shops and restaurants have come here and it is coming along nicely! Just about all the new restaurants are familiar chains, but that is not always a bad thing. Sometimes mediocre is better than awful,even if it is not exciting or different.Still nice to have a choice for meals that are not buffet or have all fried items on the menu. Not that I won't belly up to the buffet once in a while, but not every day.... Went to Macaroni Grill for dinner. Can't say we will be back. Not because the food was awful,not at all. In fact, it was decent. The server was one of the worst,ever. He left us in limbo the entire meal, did not check on us even once. Made some lame excuse about a computer problem and slid the check down on the table. I looked at the bill and knew he had not added the bar tab. I was honest and brought it to his attention. He said he would not charge us for the additional beer or wine we ordered...he would have had to have come to the table to have taken another order and he had not....He actually thought he was doing us a favor!! Forget it...better places in the area that will actually check on you and ask if you need anything. read more

We live less than 30 minutes from the Landing, so I don't really know about accommodations, but it would be a great date spot. Free parking, free sightseeing! We go with family and out of town visitors for shopping and something to do. Lots of varied shops that you don't find in this area and quality street performers and the fantastic fountain. Don't get run over by the trolley! If you are pining for the kitsch that is traditional downtown Branson, you can now take the trolley there, too. Can't beat it for holiday atmosphere, but we've yet to find any outstanding dining. read more

Branson Landing is an awesome shopping/dining area located on the waterfront on Lake Taneycomo in downtown Branson. We weren't really looking to shop, but this place makes you want to walk around to see what you can uncover. Lucky for us, we found the "dancing water fountains" just in time for one of their evening performances. Nothing is more exciting loud music, water reaching new heights, colored lights and fire!!! This is a great place for shopping and strolling through, but the fudge Shoppes and candy stores were outrageously priced. It's $6 for a caramel apple and every thing goes up from there. Although I loved my time here and got some great clothes, I do not suggest eating here unless you have a pretty penny to spend. read more

The one thing Branson Landing has going for it is it is located on Lake Taneycomo which makes for some nice views when you eat dinner or decide to walk the riverwalk up close and personal. Another I guess is the fountain show-think Bellagio on a small scale with fire added. They do the show hourly with a special show at 7pm nightly. Other than that, the Landing has the same stores as any other mall USA. Nothing really unique. Even the Bass Pro Shop is chincy compared to the original an hour away in Springfield, MO. I can go to the Promenade mall in Rogers, AR and actually have more stores to shop. BUT in Branson, its here or the Outlet malls. read more

Gotta love the store Everything you've seen on TV! Great atmosphere with fountains, funnel cakes, and lots of shops. Kids loved watching the pyrotechnics and water fountain show. Branson Landing is an outdoor mall complete with a number of stores and dining establishments all unique centered around a residential development along the riverfront. In addition to dining and shopping you can find a few entertainment options such as zip lining across the rivers. At night the landing transforms into an "entertainment district with water and light shows. Overall the shopping here was nothing too unique or anything you wouldn't find at your local mall but it is a nice refreshing change of pace from the outlet mall. read more

This is a tradition my extended family (my In-Laws) started years ago, and is a fun time. We walk the boardwalk and the river walk, and eat at White River. We enjoy the shops, although they are pricey. The water and fire show is always fun to watch. Have not done the zip line (mainly because I'm not a fan of heights). My advise to anyone going there is: where a good pair of shoes, and steer clear of Joe's Crab Shack, it's a joke. Old Chicago, and White River are your two best bets for food. My wife's Grandma always want to go to Belk after walking, and personally, I think they are way over priced. All in all though, it's fun for the whole family and a great way to spend an afternoon (and that week's paycheck to be honest, lol).It's worth the drive from Springfield. read more

Branson appears to have an issue with traffic and so Branson Landing holds an event where everyone says how great it is and then they don't do a thing to help direct all the people get out of here. Seriously are kidding me?!? Fireworks were okay at best and now I'm sitting here with no one directing traffic. read more
