I had an appointment schedule with Bailey and waited AN HOUR over my scheduled appointment time…read morebecause she said she forgot my appointment and was doing a different tattoo. I had to leave because I have other things to do and had it scheduled for a reason. I only wanted a touch up and it is insane behavior. When my friends and I got the tattoo we didn't have the best experience with her either. She is rude and rushed us. One of our friends was in the bathroom and wanted to be next to get a tattoo and Bailey made someone else go because she couldn't wait two minutes for our friend to use the bathroom. The only good thing about Edoc is Amelia, the piercer. I have gotten a few tattoos from different studios in Lubbock and have never been treated this way.

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. I spent months working on a design that I was…read morecomfortable with. I went in with my appointment with Isaac. He took my drawing, and took into consideration my previous drawings, and redrew it to look even more feminine, and the piece I was desiring. Throughout the appointment, I had lots of fun, and found Isaac to be funny and entertaining. He allowed my boyfriend and friend to join in and watch as I got my tattoo. He helped me to find the best place for it, and was patient during my indecisive moment. Afterwards, I was amazingly impressed. The colors that Isaac used were truly beautiful, and makes me still excited to see it in the mirror. It truly ended up above and beyond what I was expecting. My friends that saw it afterwords were impressed, and some were surprised, saying they couldn't believe how well it fit to me. My family who were traditionally very conservative about tattoos were also impressed and thought it was great. This tattoo has a very important personal meaning to me, and I am pleased it came out so perfect. The girl in the office was always incredibly sweet and helpful to me every time I came in. I enjoyed coming in to speak with her as well. I intend to return to Isaac in the future with more pieces to do, and my father is interested in his first tattoo from him after seeing the work he did. I would recommend Isaac at Liquid Ink to many people in the future

Long story short, over a span of three years and three different visits, the wrong jewelry was used…read moreto pierce me on two separate occasions, I was not shown the full jewelry in full disclosure like required of a shop in practice, was given incorrect information on change out time frames and ended up waiting longer than the piercer recommended bc I wasn't risking it, wasn't listened to when asked to try a bigger size knowing what size I am and made to try another size hoop during my switch out which further irritated the site, and ultimately ended up with 4 times the amount of trauma from when I first started. Do not go here, they don't follow practice standards and will mess you up if you don't ask about every single little thing like seeing the full jewelry piece to ensure it's a straight stud only, asking if it's within practice to try another piece because they don't listen to you further irritating your piercing, yanking the piercings out causing bleeding and whatever healed to basically undo itself, and more. I clean my piercings daily and know how to care for them, this was not on me with all that's been done wrong. One last thing is just because they give you a waiver to sign, it doesn't exclude them nor save them from the malpractice that was used on their behalf it only covers what you have done wrong at home, and seeing remarks from other reviews about having to watch YouTube tutorials to know where to pierce and such?? I'm not sure how these people still have certification to continue harming others.
