They have every kind of Western and work boot, catering to both real cowboys to urban wannabes, from practical to fanciful, from cowhide to ostrich, python, exotics, and everything in between. They've got the dessert-plate sized belt buckles, and some others I would wear. Cowboy hats galore, really nice Stetsons and Resistol, to baseball caps. The jeans are high quality. Wrangler, Resistol and more. I'm not a cowboy, but I sure love a good boot, and Boot Jack has them. Their customer service has always been top rate whenever I've gone in. I purchase at the Pharr location for my granddaughter's FFA outfits. Today I purchased over $200 ( everytime I got jn I purchase over this amount) This time my granddaughter asked for the FFA discount and i was total by a young lady if we didn't have ID from out school FFA she wouldn't give it to us because "anyone can claim they are with the FFA". So basically she was calling my granddaughter and I liers. Such horrible customer service. Moving forward we will not be spending a cent at this store! read more

They have the worst customer service, the rudest people behind their counter and their inventory is highly overpriced. I highly suggest going to a more professional store like Cavender's or Boot Barn. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people here would rather deny and disrespect a customer when returning an item that was never used than have a customer on future purchase for life. I made a online order never received so I called customer service and talked to a employee and he was being rude asked to speak to a manager his name was Jacob he was so rude to me that he hanged up on me I called again and he did not want to help me I'm never ordering boots from there again worst customer service even the manager you can't get of hold of the owner they don't care about their customers do not order online. read more

Shopped online at this store because I live in California and I have gotten completely ripped off. Do not shop online with this store, they will tell you that your order is "complete" and ship what they tell you is your full order and yet I got FIVE out of FIFTEEN items shipped to me and because I wasn't a fortune teller to know that I should take a picture of my packages before opening or to video myself opening these undamaged packages because I would get told I should have done so to show that I am not lying about not receiving $269 worth of product that I ordered. My order was $700 mind you! And they don't have the freaking decency to try a little harder to get me what I ordered and obviously since it wasn't something that fell out after UPS shipped it since the package wasn't damaged, it's somewhere in their store or in their warehouse obviously! I mean unless their inventory is that unregulated and unorganized to the point that they wouldn't know whether they sent something or not. I just don't get it. Someone there in the company that obviously has TERRIBLE customer service according to previous reviews I have now seen after I placed this giant, expensive order with the company, they messed up and someone screwed up and doesn't want to admit it and they didn't pack all of my stuff and now they want to shame me and make me feel so stupid that I "could have thrown the merchandise out with the packaging by mistake" according to their reps, what a freaking joke right?? What idiot would throw away 2/3 of their order in the trash by accident? Not me that's for freaking sure and you know what, it's impossible cuz I never received the freaking products!!! I am missing three belts with buckles, three pairs of jeans (one of them being MissMes), two necklaces and a pair of earrings. I don't see how all of that could have either fallen out in transport or that I could possibly have throw that all away. Boot jack needs to fix this and I already informed them that I am coming after them with a lawsuit cuz this is bull$*%# and the fact that they think they can just take advantage and keep all of that product to resell to someone else, not at all ok. I am beyond fed up with the hoops their stupid customer service reps have put me through to try to prove this stupid error that THEY MADE and now they are basically saying sorry, nothing we can do, we won't be sending anymore product OR processing a refund. I don't want a refund you idiots, I want what I ordered and paid for from your company! I see now how unprofessional and criminal your company is and I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there again. Oh and I plan to blast this information anywhere that I can. i ordered a pair of boots and when they came in a removed tags and tried to walk in them about 20 ft. when i asked for a larger size because these did not fit properly, to tight. i was told they were unsellable and they could not do anything about it. not good service at all. never had this issue with local stores. last time to shop here. read more
