I have been with BRABO since the beginning of the year. I am not the best at paper work and they have made my business life (payroll side) a breeze. I was waiting for the ball to drop when I was a customer for a few months...well it hasn't nor do I think it will. The WHOLE team is awesome Mike Daly no pressure pitch, straight forward....he was recommended by my accountant who also does payroll but he recommended me to BRABO.. Melinda- ridiculous... so HELPFUL, I said I'm not the best at paperwork I'm probably pretty close to the worst and Melinda has never made me feel bad or indicate that I'm a nuisance. I'm actually looking forward to having payroll nice, neat smooth and ONTIME. (I'm trying) Lee has been very supportive and helped on a couple occasions when I needed assistance. Gabi I think she owns the company. She knows the answer to every question and more importantly knows how to find the ones she doesn't. She TEXTED me a reply to a very important question after hours..... mind blowing..... where does Kevin find these people???? And then there is Kevin, I heard his name from a couple business people and he is very well respective but that's all I knew. Then COVID-19 hits and he is emailing as the alerts and government notifications are coming out. He set up zoom meetings before some of my business associates had even been notified from their payroll "services". He was immediately available. When an update came out I received an email from him at 11pm ..dedication to your customers! During to zoom meetings Gabi wanted to interject a comment or give a reply to a question or just clarify something and Kevin just let her. He has to have an ego, he is too good at what he does not to but you could sense he just pushed that aside know the information that would follow was good for his clients. Long story short does not apply here. Good story great company. I don't know any of the people mentioned, I'm not related and unlike nameless previous "pay checks" company that are not soaking me.
