Fantastic service. I…read morewent in today for my septum piercing. All of the staff were polite and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. I went upstairs where I was pierced. Everything was very sterile and clean. I was taken through to a separate room with a man called Paul where everything was explained to me about what it would feel like and what to do. He was very kind and obviously experienced and knew what to do. He got it done as quickly and painlessly as possible. They give you sea salt for the after care and explain how to look after it. They also ask you to check back in and that you can come back any time if you have any problems with the jewellery. The shop is also very nice if you are into anything in the more indie area. It's all very nice and good quality. They sell incense, bags, jewellery, clothing and other nicknacks you might use to decorate your home. Overall it is a nice little shop, easily accessible as it is along the Main Street, very close to St Stephens. There is not much parking close by so you are probably best going by bus.

Lush isn't the cheapest costmetic shop on the high street, in fact it's probably one of the most expensive, although the rather gregarious employees will always insist this is due to the pricey essential oils used in making the goods. To give Lush their due, the products are of a consistantly high standard and they do tend to dish out freebies when you spend a decent amount of money with them.

There are work areas set up for manicures, with all manner of polishes. All staff were extremely welcoming, full of smiles and friendly. I was led upstairs to the Butterfly Room for my treatment. A lovely calming room with the obligatory relaxing music playing. Lucy talked through what she was going to do and checked if I had any skin problems. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial which included an neck, arm and hand massage. It was that good I fell asleep only to be woken when the time was up. I would recommend this treatment and salon to anyone. Fabulous!

As this shop is very small it is hard to manover especially for parents with prams and it can get very busy. Staff are friendly and have been there for years. It's cheap but not as cheap as going somewhere like pound shop or Home bargains -p however this shop has been on newland avenue for years and therefore have loyal customers and of course is very convienent if you live in this are. I think the owners could benefit to moving to larger premises but not essential.
