They didn't disappoint! I got one of the best massages ever by Agustin. Initially, I wanted a quick shoulder and foot rub. I wasn't in a spa day mood, but I extended the time once the massage started. For good reasons! I was in heaven. Agustin rubbed every knot out of my body. After the body massage, I got my feet washed before getting the fish pedicure, which I didn't necessarily care for but decided to do once he told me how it worked. I saw they were clean and didn't put anyone's dirty feet in the tank without sanitizing them. The fishies went to town on my feet and left feeling softer than they had ever felt after a regular pedicure. I am happy to have found this place cause I will be returning when I am back in Cancun.

Staff is very nice, chill, and doesn't get on you on time unless they have other appointments show up. Venue is very modern, clean, relaxing and just overall beautiful. The concierge wrote me back saying no, it's exclusively for hotel guests. That's a bit absurd as you'd think they would want people to experience and book the resort in the future based on a memorable experience. I guess they are too exclusive for our business. Too bad.

So, we signed up for a foot massage and fish spa treatment, only we ended up with more than what we…read morehad expected. To me, it was simply a 100 percent totally relaxed, and "forget about work and everything" experience! As with what most spas should be. We arrived one hour prior to our scheduled appointment, and ended up waiting in the 'waiting area' for only a few minutes. There were little healthy gram cookies, mixed nuts, teas, and mineral water at the self-serve bar nearby. Nothing special, but great that it's available. After loungin' and yelpin' one of the staff took us to the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi area. He presented us a locker, with a slightly broken/loose lock that had sandals, towels, and jewelry box. Next to it, free for the taking, were some cold face towels, small fridge with bottled water, and some fruit flavored water dispenser. The spa was relaxing, steam room calming, and sauna was hot hot hot! Thank goodness for the ice cold water next to it so you can recharge your face towel with some coolness. Plus add a spray of fragrance. Right across from that you can wash off in the couples shower. The stand up showers with five shower heads for all over rinsing. Our scheduled appointment had come up, and we were massaged and cleaned up by Herta and Anna. Prior to dipping your feet in some fish water, you've got to have them cleaned off first. I've never had fish spa treatment before, but I totally enjoyed the 25 minutes of algae eaters picking off my dead skin cells. And no issues with service, as Herta and Anna were excellent. They even gave us pina coladas! At the end of the session, we were cleaned off and massaged one final time. I'm very pleased, and hope to do it again before I check out of Cancun.

Really fantastic 3 hour spa visit (hummingbird). I did mine naked as nature intended…read more Started with a smelly (sulfur) clay. My least favorite part. After the clay dried you walk a short distance to a shower with a hose and some cold water and they rub/rinse off the clay. About 30 mins in total. After the rinse they have a nice warm tub ready for you with herbs and fragrances. Super enjoyable after the cold rinse. While in the tub they give you a neck and scalp massage. About 20-25 mins. Following the tub you move back to the bed and one of the ladies gives you a front massage while moving the towel around to cover you from the cool jungle breeze. The massage is done with oil and was so well done. You flip after an hour to your stomach and they work your feet to your head the same as the front massage. I would rated the quality of this massage among the best I've ever had. High quality. Well trained hands. And very respectful. 10/10 I'll be back here next time I visit!
