You want Jamie Campbell in your health corner -- I cannot recommend her enough…read more I came to Jamie in my mid-40s as a full-time working mom of two who simply didn't feel like myself anymore. I was dealing with bloating, middle-of-the-night wakeups and racing thoughts, stubborn weight gain despite a healthy lifestyle, and that frustrating sense that something was "off." The confusing part? I felt like I was doing everything right. I ate whole foods. I exercised 5-6 days a week. I followed structured fitness programs and meal plans. But at 41, my body suddenly felt like it was shifting -- and the intense workouts and strategies I'd relied on for years (hello, 60-minute spin classes) seemed to be working against me. Every year at my doctor's appointment, my bloodwork came back "normal." I was told, "This is just what happens as women age. Exercise more. Eat healthier." I kept raising concerns, and for years, I felt dismissed. What I truly needed was not another generic program. I needed a customized plan. Working one-on-one with Jamie over the past year has been transformative. She started by listening -- and I felt heard for the first time. She took a comprehensive, root-cause approach, reviewing detailed bloodwork, the DUTCH hormone and stress test, and a GI Map. From there, we focused on foundational changes: proper hydration, sleep optimization, fueling strategically, heavy lifting with intention, and stress management. Jamie doesn't just hand you a plan -- she layers strategies in a way that is thoughtful, sustainable, and incredibly actionable. She understands the body and the gut deeply. She's honest but kind, motivating without being overwhelming, and she truly walks the walk in her own life. The result? I feel stronger, clearer, and more in control of my health than I have in years. If you've been struggling with symptoms that don't feel "normal" -- even if you've been told they are -- book a consultation with Jamie TODAY. She is simply the best.

Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. I'm so grateful for my work with Shanti. It has been life changing. I wouldn't be able to propel into my next steps in life without the rigor and resilience of our time together.

Her deep, science-based understanding of physiology, especially when it comes to female and athletic bodies, is truly unmatched. She meets you exactly where you are, tuning in to your personal needs while offering practical, meaningful guidance that leads to real change. What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around. If you're ready to take real action and make sustainable, lifelong changes for your health, I can't recommend Shanti enough. She's the real deal

It was tempting to just do one of the many fad diets out there - whole30, keto, etc - but I wanted to treat this seriously in hopes that it would really stick (as opposed to just a month of doing something aggressively, then falling back into my old ways). After seeing Tammy, I lost the last 10 pounds of baby weight I had been carrying around, lowered my blood pressure, BMI and body fat, increased my hydration levels, and lost a full 1.5 inches in my waist. More importantly, her lessons really sunk in - I'm officially out of the program and am still carrying on strong. I've even converted my husband, dad, and step-mom too! Overall, the experience wasn't as tough as I thought it'd be. If you're genuinely wanting to make a change, this will work for you. One additional piece that helped me - when Tammy recommended supplements to go along with the program, I went to our nearby vitamin shop and ended up talking with the pharmacist who helped explain the supplements and give her thoughts as well. I found it super helpful to have multiple viewpoints. Thanks Tammy!

I didn't think there was anything someone could tell me about what to eat and go through everything I wasn't allowed to eat, but Ann approached it in a way I had never experienced before. My absolute favorite thing about Ann though is the fact that she inspired me to want to be a nutritionist myself. I 100% recommend Ann and wish I could give her 10 stars!
