They were doing an oil change on the outdrive and replacing an actuator on trim tab. We also asked the mechanic to make sure it was running okay. They did a diagnostic test which right off the bat is $140. We paid close to $400. When we took it home, it wouldn't start. They said bring it back up. This was in May. The mechanic flipped the captain's choice on exhaust and when he went to switch it back, it wouldn't work and was stuck in that mode. (That is something he did!) It was there about a month and a half and he promised he would fix it. Well, he didn't. He couldn't figure it out. So when we picked it back up to take it somewhere else, they held the boat "hostage" until we paid another diagnostic test $140. When we got it home the boat was so dirty with leaves, twigs and grease. They left it outside without the cover on. Also, they broke something inside the boat. Lake Greenwood Resident

Poor online customer service . They would not email back or return phone calls .
