I loved it here, we bought a house so had to move. If we could have stayed we would have. Lived there for 4 years and the staff is so friendly and helpful. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. SCAM, and CROOKS, so after a very long battle with the office, corporate, then the collection agency, and finally the Credit bureau, I was finally able to remove this from my credit. MILITARY BEWARE!!!! They broke the SCRA law I provided a written 30 day notice, orders and prorated rent and they still wanted to charge me $707 to cover the rest or rent and "damages" NO!! corporate called me I gave the all the evidence and still the put it in Collections a few years later. It took months, but M.A.R.S. (a Debt collector) contacted me. They apparently fought to lower the amount, which they did to $ 30. I had to go to the credit bureau and provide proof that t was just deleted from my credit report. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! read more

This place a great overall but they don't supply additional room keys for co applicants i just thought that was odd. And the gym needs revamping asap. Especially considering a lot of military people live here. Gym a 2/10 . Staff 10/10 unit 10/10 A lot of broken old equipment. Other than that, everything is pretty great maintenance comes pretty quickly and everything. read more

I would not recommend this to any military personnel. I gave them my PCs orders 30+ days before (Oct) and the lease expiration date (Dec). I didn't receive the prorates ($178) until couple days before my leave started so i paid them ($889). I moved out nov 4th (no charges owed due to damage etc. then i received two emails with documents saying i paid them 1. ($217) 2. ($417). Fees for dropping my lease (as stated above in the military and def gave them notice of my orders way before 30days). luckily i have the receipts showing ($889). Long story they were sending me back ($617) which does not add up if i over paid. $889- $178= $711+ $200(my security deposit) =$911 I'm still owed back. They are now trying to say i didn't give them orders in 30 days when i have emails,text,and calls. read more

Was great when I first moved here in 2021, since then it's undergone new management and has went to crap. Water has been shut off multiple times and it's been extremely inconvenient. Work orders took forever to be responded to. Also during the summer had the worse experience because they forgot to mention that the higher of a floor you live on the worse your a/c is. Was so bad we had to by a unit for the window and have up to 3 fans in whatever room we choose to suffer in. read more

Do not rent here! After being told by one of the lease agents that all we had to do when our lease was up was let them know we wouldn't be renewing, they've changed property management companies and now because we didn't give 30 day notice they are charging us January rent. not sure how they can charge someone rent that won't have a lease signed. There is also no smoking in the buildings but people that live above stick cigarette butts in the cracks of the boards. came home and welcome mat was on fire. Outside lights haven't worked for 2 years so building is dark. No one cleans up after their dog so there's dog crap everywhere and it stinks. Appliances constantly breaking and there's a pest problem on ground floor with Roly polies coming in the baseboards. just a dumpy place even though it looks good. leasing agent also hung up on me when I was questioning their business practices. so glad to be out of here Dec 31 even though we have to pay a months rent for January. I added photos of the cig butts in the boards above our patio. We complained but nothing was done. read more

Been here two years plus, because moving is not an option presently. Photos and publicity look great. Here is what you can expect: The apartment complex is huge, and has never had enough management staff or maintenance to keep the place looking good. The office staff is friendly, but they don't seem at all invested in making necessary improvements. I've complained about wide and deep potholes in the parking areas since soon after moving in, and the response is always "We're working on it", but with no action at all. All last summer, winter and fall there was a jungle of weeds in the area outside our apartment's patio, and I submitted pictures of the unsightly mess to the office, asking to have it attended to. The office told me they didn't have enough maintenance crew to get rid of the weeds, and suggested that I contact the owners' home office. Finally some landscapers did come about six weeks ago to clear out those weeds and a lot of other deadwood from shrubbery that had been neglected for over two years. Every large patch of grass throughout the complex is covered with dog poop. There are waste bag dispensers around, but the one by our building was empty for nearly a year, and then, when the whole complex underwent an unnecessary outside paint job--sloppy and already fading away in some places-- that dispenser and the one at the other wing of this building were removed. Maintenance told me it was not replaced after the paint job because it was too much trouble for the too-small crew to replace bags. Out of all the people who own dogs at the compex, precious few of us comply with the apartment ruling, specified in the lease, to clean up after dogs. The office sends out emails to all the residents threatening fines, but nothing else is done to clean up the mess. I feel sorry for any family with children. The grass is too filthy with dog feces to walk on, let alone play on. I could go on and on, but I will stop here, except to mention lousy cell phone service, way too many cars, with no assigned parking places, and a Byzantine rent/utility payment system. If I could do 0 stars on this place I would. The management for this place is unorganized. I've been living here for 2 years now and they did not have my back on anything. There is a lady that lives in apt E204 that is super cranky and was the only one to report me for noise complaint. I always kept the music down to a minimum but she would report every week until I've gotten kicked out. When I asked to show management proof that I didn't have it loud on my ring camera they still wouldn't accept they just told me I have 30 days to leave. They also didn't tell the electric company that any one was living there. So now I have a back pay of 3600 dollars due for my electric bill. Everything in these apartments are made to break. Nothing lasts in the apartments and they don't keep track of the people renting here. Please avoid living across from apt E204 the lady is very cranking and rude. She will just keep reporting you until you will eventually get kicked out. Also the person who owns the apartment complex has so many lawsuits against them. I heard that from a prior employee that worked there. I'm also military and I don't think that this place is suitable for soldiers read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I moved into this place because it was close to base. A month after we moved in, maintenance( who was very kind after I talked with the office) had come into my apartment early in the morning without calling my husband or I telling us that they were going to come in that day to fix our living room ceiling fan. I was sleeping in my bedroom home alone not knowing they were coming. I don't know about you but I was raped as a child, and to wake up in my apartment as a grown woman and seeing a receipt of what somebody had worked on in my house while I was sleeping traumatises me. They do not contact you when maintenance is going to your apartment to fix something that needs to be fixed. And the worst part is when I looked at my receipt there is a little section that says yes to enter the apartment, when me and my husband did not give the okay to enter when we are not home. Nothing was stolen thank God. But as somebody with a traumatic past waking up to something like that, and calling my husband and him not knowing what happened(because they didn't call us), is outrageous. read more
