I've dropped off a few items here and when tracking it, it either shows waiting for sending (AKA me) to drop off, or it'll say "customer has dropped off at UPS store" but it doesn't move so it ends up being loss. Good thing I have kept the receipts and initiated an investigation/claim so UPS can look into it.
