The bluegrass witch is a specialty shop in the popular Shelby park neighborhood located upstairs in the very cool Logan street market. The shop had a bunch of unique and different items that I guess one could describe as witchy. My daughters and her friends enjoyed browsing here. They didn't have anything on this visit that tickled our fancy. I will say they are pretty pricey. Even my daughters who usually have no spending filter picked up a pen and said "$70 wow that's expensive. Maybe we shouldn't touch anything". Lol. I'm sure they have some nice items that are good quality. But forewarning it will be a bit pricey from what I could see on my visit. Still a cool and unique shop that we enjoyed browsing through.

I'm not sure what to call these but they were so cute, there were others to choose from but these were the ones I chose.

Friendly staff , lots of variety, lots of beautiful pieces. Will be going back on my next trip to Louisville. I could have looked around for an hour or longer but I was on a parking time limit. Definitely a favorite hidden little gem of mine.

The Bluegrass Witch, located in the Logan Street Market, is awesome! This small shop offers so much! Plus, you can also make purchases online through her website, so it's really convenient. Whether you're looking for crystals, flowers and plants, sage, altar kits, or jewelry, The Bluegrass Witch has it! And more! And all of her items are so unbelievably beautiful! She makes dried flower confetti, which I can't recommend enough for decor and parties. Not only is it beautiful, but it's also environmentally friendly! Whether you're shopping for yourself, or looking for a unique and beautiful gift, The Bluegrass Witch is definitely the spot to check out!

If you love unique gift items like crystals and herb bundles, this is the perfect witchy stop! It's located inside of Logan Street Market upstairs amongst other local vendors. I loved how organized and fairly priced the products were, and the customer service was top notch. Its incredibly inviting and you can get lost looking at everything their booth has to offer.

Friendly folks offering esoteric pieces ... books, jewelry, incense and tchotchkes. Great place along with Witch's Brew to soak up energy.

Always wanting to learn and see more stones, I was excited to head inside. Most items were reasonably priced, but I didn't know enough about them to pick out anything. I wish there was a bit more information around the store to help educate. I cut my visit short due to the smell and smoke in the shop. I'm unsure what was being burnt but it was overwhelming - in fact, my mask captured the smell and for the next couple of hours while I ran errands it felt like my nose was stuck in an ashtray. Worth a stop if you're in the area for basics and know what you're looking for.

Bowls of rocks were on a center table and small cards described how each was used during meditation. Because it was the weekend for the Easter parade she had plastic eggs for the kids and each contained a stone. After reading some of the cards I found a couple of rocks to keep with me - couldn't hurt to have a bit of help attracting what I desire. The prices are very reasonable from $1-10 but most fall within $1-4 each. While I was most intrigued with the rocks, the store also offered jewelry and other accessories. A small area in purple shined lights on crystal like rocks which was fun to simply stand inside for a moment. I noticed reiki is also offered in 30 & 45 min increments. I originally came to shop crystals, but my journey has been evolving. As I grow and seek more, they have continued to have just what I am looking for. The prices are great too. Matthew has been very helpful every time I have been in as well. He also has a great sense of humor. Ask him about the Nirvana incense. You won't be disappointed! I also recently realized they have a small parking area on the side of the building if you don't want to pay for street parking. Love making the trip out from Oldham County. Witches Brew is a place to find all sorts of magical things, but it is also just a divine (in every sense of the word) place to sit and have a hot beverage and a pastry. It's worth a visit to this coffee shop just to see the decor. It's purple everywhere, with mood lighting, mirrors, gothic tchotchkes, creepy dolls, skulls and other fun and slightly ominous curio. There are cool things in every corner, and even though I had intended on getting my coffee to go, I decided to sit for a while because coffee sometimes just tastes better when you're surrounded by cobwebs and broomsticks. I got an Americano, which is usually my go-to if I don't know how strong the house drip will be. The Americano was nice and smooth. I didn't have to wait long at all for my coffee.
