What was delivered was a much smaller, simpler display consisting mostly of gladiolus stems and greenery, lacking the fullness, color variety, and overall presentation shown in the listing. When I contacted the florist to address the discrepancy, the manager stated that the flowers "hadn't opened yet" and stood behind the arrangement as delivered. No apology or acknowledgment of the difference between the advertised product and the delivered one was offered. She said she so as well as she could with what she had. I appreciate that the ordering site ultimately issued a full refund, but the experience was disappointing -- especially given that this was meant to honor a family during a difficult time. As a company, we value supporting local florists, but we also expect transparency, consistency, and empathy in situations like this. We hope this feedback encourages greater accuracy and customer care moving forward.
