I called to ask if they had any purple ones and I spoke to Carl who was amazing! He set the best one aside for me and it was my lucky day because it was on sale for half off! I took it to my girl and she loved it. She named it Grace. I gave her instructions on taking care of Grace. I haven't seen either of them in a couple weeks. I hope Grace is getting the love she deserves. I hope the girl is ok too.

1. If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.

When I first moved to the area, it was such a critical space for helping me feel connected and grounded in a new community. The classes are fun, relaxing, and such a great creative outlet. The environment is incredibly welcoming and inclusive, and I've met so many amazing women through Asteria. There's a genuine sense of belonging that's hard to find. Emily (the owner) is amazing. She is not only an incredibly talented designer, but her arrangements are absolutely beautiful and her style is so unique. She has also been so generous in advising me on florals for my own events. In class, she always reminds us that what matters most is loving your own design because each one is unique, and that really sticks with you. Everyone walks away feeling proud of what they've created. Beyond the classroom, Emily is such a force in the Sacramento small business community. She is constantly supporting other businesses and organizing markets that uplift local entrepreneurs. She truly sets the standard for what it means to lead with heart and intention. I'm so grateful for Asteria Florals. It is more than a floral studio, it is a community.
