Unfortunately, we were locked in with Jena Paige due to her being the exclusive florist for our venue. From the very beginning, communication was chaotic. I spoke to her over the course of 3 fifteen minute phone calls the entire in which I was constantly being interrupted. She would promise to attend meetings and then simply never show up, with no explanation. Every attempt to get clarity felt like pulling teeth. Instead of being a supportive vendor during an already emotional process, she was often combative, dismissive, and, at times, outright rude. She even argued with my mother **on the morning of my wedding**, which is the last thing any bride should have to deal with on that day. It was devastating. And then came the actual flowers -- the part we were trusting her with the most. We received **wilted, dead florals**, pink flowers we explicitly said we did *not* want, arrangements that were **tiny, dense, and not at all what we paid for**, and in some cases, pieces that were simply **missing**. We had no backup option because she was the exclusive florist for our venue, and she did not deliver the quality, professionalism, or product we were promised. What makes this even more painful is that I had reached out time and time again to both the Venue and Jena to convey my worry and lack of confidence in receiving what was ordered and we were still wildly disappointed. When we reached out privately to have a reasonable conversation about these issues, she denied everything -- every concern, every discrepancy, every missing item. Your florist should make your wedding more beautiful, not more stressful. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, and I would strongly caution other couples to think carefully before trusting this vendor with something so important.

The whole process couldn't have been easier to coordinate from Southern California. Jena absolutely nailed the arrangement and my Mom was so happy with her flowers, especially the variety and uniqueness. Her exact reaction was "Wow!!!!!!" Thanks again, Jena, for going above and beyond and helping me out. You are very good at what you do!

The arrangement was just ok, not amazing for a $100. I could have just brought flowers and make it myself. Ashlee & I spoke pretty often over the year leading up to our wedding & no matter how many times I changed my mind about our plan or how disorganized my ideas were, Ashlee was always organized enough for the both of us, incredibly patient & helpful as we figured out what I was really looking for & made me feel heard & understood every time we spoke. Once we figured out that we REALLY wanted to throw an....ethereal garden party ceremony followed by a whimsical pink pastel disco reception....we really got to have fun together bouncing different creative ideas off of one another. Ashlee always made me feel like we were in this together & like she was really excited about my ideas & making them a reality. As soon as Ashlee brought the bouquets into my hotel room the morning of the wedding, I knew she had knocked it out of the park. When I got to the venue with my bridal party, I was absolutely speechless when I saw the floral installations she had created for our reception accent wall & our ceremony arch. I may not have known in the beginning what my very vague, oddly specific vision really was, but I knew on my wedding day that Ashlee had created it for me. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but I cannot recommend Ashlee & the entire Kati Mac team enough. A month after the wedding & ALL of our guests are still talking about how gorgeous our flowers were! Our day would not have been the same without Ashlee's beautiful, beautiful work.

What arrived is not what I ordered and the roses were significantly drooping within 2 days of delivery. My mother contacted the number provided multiple times, leaving messages with no response. The following week she went through the same hassle of leaving messages and finally got a call back. The owner did offer to send a replacement but it was really too little too late, given the amount of effort to speak to a responsible party. The flowers should have been replaced immediately, without the run around. She has tried once again to contact to accept the replacement, only to leave multiple messages with no return call. Buyer beware of the cloak of mystery behind location. Teleflora selected this florist for my order - I will no longer use that method but rather support the local brick and mortar florists in the Norristown area, e.g. Moles, Risher Van Horn, Penny's by Plaza Flowers, etc. I regret not going to them directly for this order.
