I have been going to Kedplasma for a couple of years now. They all know me by name and greet me…read morewith a smile. The first two faces that I see are usually Breasia and Marques. I'm not sure if I spelled their names correctly. Those two are always smiling and seem to enjoy their work. The only negative things I've ever heard them say is if I've gained weight or my protein is too low. LOL The care team out back are great as well. I don't know them all by name but I've never had a problem. If I did, I'm one to say something. The one negative thing I can say, is that the floors could use a better cleaning. Lisa Lima
