At no point during the entire process was there a "hard sell" or any other pressure to make a decision. My consultant, Suzanne, was very personable, knowledgeable and patient with me, which was a huge plus, as I had never bought window coverings and was somewhat overwhelmed by my options. I was grateful for her help! Ordering was very straightforward and there were no hidden fees or other charges that might otherwise have caught me by surprise. My shades took several weeks to come in, as they're all custom-made, but the installation took place shortly after they were received. The installer arrived at my home right on time and was incredibly friendly, had everything he needed, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. He also took my old blinds with him, so that I didn't need to worry about disposing of my old window coverings myself. We did come to find that one shade was several inches too short but the installer immediately contacted RMS&S and the situation was remedied very quickly. I appreciated that Suzanne contacted me once she found out about the error to assure me that the issue was being handled (which it absolutely was). I can't recommend RMS&S enough and would use them again should the need ever arise.
