Also, the house is closing on a sale next week. Checked Yelp and found Naeif at Plantae. He responded and was on the phone with me in an hour. I was more than pleasantly surprised at his professionalism, knowledge and all out hustle! He was at the house to diagnose that same afternoon, and told me exactly what was needed - pump was burned and timer was dead. His assistant Sergio came out the next day to get started. By Sat afternoon, everything was installed including a bunch of buried sprinkler heads I didn't even know about. Highly recommend. Great service, fair price!

Headline: Absolute scam - Stay away from Jarocho Company!…read more Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. I paid a $1,500 premium--$7,000 total--because Jarocho Company sold me on their "premium" after-sales service, including a guaranteed two months of maintenance and watering adjustments. The moment that final check cleared, they vanished. They didn't just provide poor service; they stopped answering my calls entirely after feeding me a string of empty excuses. They used a "bait and switch" tactic: promise top-tier support to get the sale, then ghost the customer once the money is in their pocket. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly have no intention of honoring their word. Do not let them scam you like they scammed me.

I called Jarocho and Juan, the owner answered and we set an appointment to get an estimate immediately. After getting the estimate a week later was scheduled to do the job. Juan was here to start the job and make sure everything was done properly. The guys were great and worked very hard and did the best job I ever had for my trees and hedges. We are very happy with the results and Juan obviously runs a great company. We will use Jarocho from now on! Thank you Juan and team.

Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

Falling into that category, we kept putting off re-landscaping our mess of a front until we couldn't anymore. As we always do, we began by contacting four landscapers for estimates. Two asked us to tell them what plants we wanted to plant (how would we know!?) and the third never got back to us after our initial meeting. Ignacio came and gave us ideas and immediately sent us some options. We were able to pick and choose from the pictures of plants and trees he felt would work and what fit in with the overall idea we had in mind. He took the stress out of the decision making process while allowing us to feel we weren't turning everything over to him. After a few back and forths he provided a beautiful rendering we could take to our HOA. He was also very quick to supply us with the needed documentation for the HOA approval. They came and in one day they transformed our front yard for a very moderate and fair price. From beginning to end they made a chore I was dreading into a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We can't thank Del Mar Landscaping enough for their professionalism, creativity, and positive attitude! Our neighbors thank them too!
