Back then…read moreit was awkward hanging out in the hallway trying to figure out which door you should wait at or if you should knock when you showed up to your appointment. Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend the membership as it has saved me a lot on routine care and the free bonuses are nice. Also best to book at the end of your visit to keep consistent. Love Meg and Hello Sugar!

It's been almost three days and they've stayed in perfect form. I've barely had to comb through them. I've received endless compliments and my husband LOVES them. (Hubba hubba! ) The rooms are nice and cozy. I'm five months pregnant and she didn't mind me tossing and turning every second! Haha She was so easy to talk to, I wish I could find a nail technician like her back home. (I'm sure there are, I just haven't found them yet) I was her last client for the day and was probably anxious to get home but she also happily waxed my eyebrows at the last minute. My sister, her MIL and sister in law also get their lashes done here and absolutely love them! I'm totally coming back when I visit. Ask for Elizabeth people!

Never had a bad experience, I only went there when I was in town. Anyways this year I came to town, contacted her and asked for an appt. I realized now she's the only one working there which will make sense as you read my review. She is so spacey, does NOT pay attention to detail at all I don't even know how she has a business if it's still even running. She put me down on the wrong date TWICE, no show me once and canceled me 30min before I was set to see her. I was so understanding at first until today when she totally screwed me over!!!! She cancels me because her boyfriend got arrested supposedly. I have been trying to get my lashes done since LAST Thursday, it's not Wednesday of the following week. She always came up with an excuse of why she had her dates wrong or why she can't keep my appt etc. I'm mostly upset because I had to scramble to find someone to do them today since I leave for a 4 day wedding in Sun Valley tomorrow morning. Not only that but my fill was more expensive now since I was past my 2 week mark. She didn't care about a thing!!!! At first she offered to Venmo me which I agreed to since she stood me up and HER no show policy is she charged 100% of the service so I figured yeah you can Venmo me since you no show me and late canceled me. I gave her time to make it right and she hasn't and probably was never going to actually Venmo me. DO NOT GO TO HER AND GIVE HER EVEN ONCE SECOND OF YOUR TIME . Horrible communication and I forgot to add when she no showed I was calling her and texting her because I could not find her business that I drove to from Boise to Nampa which was over 20min.

I have had appointments with several of their waxers and they all do an excellent job. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I especially appreciate their "wax passes" which allow you to buy a certain amount of services and get some for free. For example I get the eyebrow wax pass and I buy 9 in advance and get 3 free. That is a year of eyebrow waxes for me. Their appointment booking system is also very easy, I usually just call in, but they also send text reminders that you can use to reschedule appointments. You can usually get in same day and they are flexible with their reschedule/cancellation policy. This makes it easy for me to rebook if life happens and I'm not able to make my appointment.

At 5:20, almost a full hour after my scheduled appointment, I walked into the next room where my scheduled tech was working on a set of nails and conversing with 2 others who were literally lounging about the room. I was never blessed with flat abs no matter how fit I am and after my 2nd session, I'm starting to see results (takes 3-4 months to see effects) and did my 3rd session on my abs and 1 session on my inner thighs yesterday. Some discomfort, but it's expected. I'd say definitely check it out and stick to recommended number of cycles. It's like going to the gym, you don't expect immediate results after hitting the gym once and call it good.
