My major source of dissatisfaction was being unable to simply reschedule the appointment, but I am amending this review on the basis that she did do her best to make the situation right in the end. my friend and i tried going here to get matching tattoos on 3/26, we were required to send two deposits as "appointment holders" a week in advance through venmo. i woke up at 4am on the 26th with food poisoning and tried to reschedule, our artist said we could reschedule and keep one of the deposits. we tried rescheduling, but she left both of us on delivered and has kept the money. Tattooing is all about good service and word of mouth, which is why i wanted to try this spot in the first place. it has been 3 weeks since we've heard from her. I did NOT want to cancel my appointment, i wanted to go 2 days later so I wouldn't get her sick (because i could've done that for free).

We got extremely lucky that he happened to be free due to a cancellation. The universe was truly looking out for us! He sat with us and listened to everything we liked, wanted and hoped for. Designed multiple options for us and modified our chosen designs until they were everything we could dream of. The designs were perfectly matching for the both of us while being tailored uniquely for our own preferences and placements. This was also my husband's first tattoo! I'm so thankful we had such a lovely experience with a tremendous artist who showed my husband everything that a tattoo appointment and experience truly should be. Travis was so great in offering advice on placement according to anatomy and future tattoo plans to ensure a perfectly done tattoo. I told the front person that I would sacrifice gauge size for the rings to look right. He didn't seem to hear me and said oh no I needed to keep my size. I let them put them in and I was so unhappy. I went back and saw Chuck and they got it immediately and gave me smaller rings. I felt pressured and unheard and Chuck saved the day. Two weeks later I wanted to get my septum pierced so I wanted to see Chuck again. They don't do that piercing. I saw Connor. He spent time marking my nostrils and telling me what was going to happen. Well, he pierced me and the piercing was crooked. The jewelry doesn't look right now. I asked what could be done he said after a week come back and get re-pierced. I am so frustrated and angry. The piercing, despite what most people say, really hurt. I guess I will go back and make them fix my nose but after these two experiences I can't recommend them and they'll never get any more business from me.
