We appreciated the attention to detail and kindness from the staff that showed us the facility and took us through the options.

Has gone downhill since it opened. Tremendous turnover. Calls go unreturned. Total disarray. Would not recommend.

Rehab was roughly 15 minute a day and was in a makeshift gym while the actual gym was being rehabbed. Food was usually bad (see photo). I feel I did not receive the attention necessary to recover and have pretty much been forced to handle rehabilitation on my own. Everyone was very nice but the service was subpar. I rang the nurses bell for my roommate as he was in worse shape than I and it took 40 minutes for the nurse to arrive. 40 minutes! Thank God he didn't flatline! Try to avoid this place if you can. I didn't have a choice and so I was sent here.

When we ask questions an example was when my aunt went at the front desk Who was my mothers nurse they all stood around looking like I don't know not me. Finally when my aunt pressed it more, the lady standing there said oh I am her nurse. She didn't say she was her nurse. Needless to say my aunt gave her a piece of her mind. The adjoining bathroom that the people there shared was disgusting the base of the toilet when I went in for my mom to go. The actual toilet seat was corroded. I had to wipe it down. They certainly don't care about your family member so use caution if you need to use this place I do not recommend it.

Communication with the staff and management is so poor that haphazard is a generous description. The facility is shabby and the rooms run down. The residents are all warehoused daily in a common space with a TV. They are largely unresponsive. Staff hand washing is suspect...our resident got c-diff and had to be rushed to the hospital. Requests for diagnostic tests were not relayed, not performed, and/or the results not communicated. The office staff was always disorganized and harried. Our patient was not prepared for doctor visits, despite the staff assuring us they would be. Don't place your loved one here.

MY ORIGINALLY "MIXED" REVIEW…read more My sister was admitted to the hospice facility last week and was very happy with the accommodations and the staff. Physically, the facility is beautiful, clean, and roomy. There are outside patios, bird feeders, nice views from patients' The food is delicious. It is quiet, and quite homey. The staff and volunteers have been wonderful, professional, helpful, and eager to get the patient exactly what she needs 24/7 In particular we have been impressed with my sisters nurse, Susan, who is the consummate professional. She is compassionate and one of those rare professionals who is a good listener. "Being heard" is the greatest gift one can give to a hospice patient. I don't know all the names of other staff, but everyone I have met has been compassionate, helpful, patient, and kind. If you or a loved one seek Hospice Care, Chandler Hall is first rate. My sister loves and trusts her physician.

She even was supportive to my dad when he called the front desk in tears from his room to get help. Outside of the physical rehab, the experience was soul crushing. There were a few good team members who care and did a good job. There rest, not so much. It seemed as if you were an an annoying bag of bones. When you ring the bell for help, it could take nearly an hour for someone to come. Typically it was between 30 and 40 minutes. An aid told my dad to use a second urinal before ringing to have it emptied. Despite speaking with the supervisor more than once, nothing changed. Food was always cold and usually not what you ordered on the menu. Tevon did try and was very nice, but he couldn't do everything himself. I spoke with Kelly, the administrator about these and other issues. She did not seem to care and nothing changed or improved after speaking with her. With leadership like hers, I don't see Yardley Rehab as a good place to care for a human being.

I chose them because they changed their name to Yardley Rehab and healthcare. I thought that sounded like just what I needed. The few pictures they had on their site were nice.I had just broken my knee. The hospital needed me to leave plus I was suffering from a flare of intersistal cystitis, when the main symptoms is pain of the bladder area and the need to go the bathroom frequently. Apparently the staff here does not like that. They rarely came when I pushed the red button. I couldn't even tell if it was pushed as after like the third or fourth time on their shift they refuse to do anymore. They got nasty and would send other people in on behalf of them to yell at me And I didn't do anything wrong. I'm sick. I came in on a Friday saw a lot of people in about 15 minutes a lot of touchy-feely, and I gotta go through your stuff. I've got to pick you up where I've got to assist you for walking from the physical therapist. Two physical therapists came in and one spent a little bit of time with the other one spent a little bit more time and said he would be in on Saturday morning, and he would work with me. No one would be in on Sunday. Well, it's almost 3 o'clock and he's is not coming.. when I first got there I was unsure of who anyone was because, I really can't see their name tags, but someone immediately wanted to go through my stuff looking for the drugs because I can't have drugs on me. I said I only have them in one bag and I will do that with the nurse and they said no,a they have to do this first I said no we went back-and-forth and then I said just get out of my room and I guess that started the battle I went through everything with the nurse and then she went home at midnight and nobody knows how to give me medicine. I have to basically tell them what I need. I had not received my high blood pressure medicine since Thursday so I asked for that and she went in and got a blood pressure monitor and it was really high so she gave me one and I said you mean you weren't going to give me that if it wasn't high, I needed it anyway and she said she's a nurse. She knows that and this is how it went with everybody and everything. I am basically a captive in my room from Friday afternoon until Monday when I will try to ask if I can transfer to anywhere , just to get away from here

**Currently named Holland Village**…read more My family and I had to make the difficult decision this year to put my grandparents in assisted living because of their age, health and the fact that we live on opposite sides of the country. Since day one the entire staff has been beyond great. They have made their transition seamless and really put the extra effort in to make them feel at home. The facility itself is top notch but the real MVP's are the staff. Cathy Hemphill, Jennifer Ennis and Carol Beth have stayed in contact with us every step of the way and filled us in frequently as to how well they are fitting in. They even went above and beyond to throw my grandmother a little surprise birthday party! The nurses also deserve praise as they deal with the rough days with poise. This facility has put our nerves at ease as we can't visit them all that often, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering enrolling their loved one there.

But Too late to get help as one ages.. Lots of spending for basic poor care. Like being forgotten on a bed pan for an hour crying for some help. Just another normal day for the helpless!
