Today, the male cashier smelled of body odor and moved very slow when interacting with customers and check-out. There was a line of customers and 2 workers, one checking out and one stocking. Very poor customer service! The store was out of stock for most of the items I wanted to purchase, I have visited this store on several occasions and I basically have the same experience every time I go. Get it together! I know ya'll can do better than that!

HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!
